4 months and already not keeping time, Seiko would not fix under warranty
Purchased the Watch March 29, 2024, and has quit keeping time. Asked for help and they sent me to the Seiko site to return for repair. Seiko came back after they received the watch and said it would be about $160 to repair because it was not in warranty. I called Seiko customer service to ask why it was not covered under Warranty, they said it was purchased through a 3rd party vendor, I assume Amazon, and they do not cover 3rd party vendor repairs. Seiko said to return it to the original vendor and have them send it for repair. I told Seiko just to return it and I would trash it. If it was fixed, it would probably quit in about 3 months time anyway.

Illumination Not as Much as Expected.
It is not illuminating in the dark as much as expected. But when it works, it looks beautiful. You need to study how to align Date and Day. Other than that, it is worth the price and matches any occasion.

Should be marketed as a Lady's or teen size watch. Otherwise Beautiful
A Beautiful watch that should be marketed as a woman's. VERY VERY small face, barely passed my knuckles and clap wouldn't close. I've had good luck with Seiko watches from Amazon. This one arrived today and should be marketed as a lady's or teenage watch. That is my only complaint about this gorgeous watch.
