great product, great accessories, great charge capacity. i was very happy with this product until it stopped working at the end of 4 months of twice daily use (2 x 2 mins used per day only) hence the one-star review by then the refund window is closed, and it is a case of buying another electric toothbrush that can utilise the same toothbrush heads, as repairing these electric toothbrushes is not economic.

With the price and how much you get it seems a very good deal. But the toothbrush just vibrates. It doesn’t move. I didn’t feel clean and satisfied. It also turns itself off after 2 minutes which annoyed me because I was brushing for about 5 mins to feel clean 😂 very annoying you have to press the button about 5 times to turn off too. Over all I regret buying this!

I received a replacement toothbrush and for a couple of weeks it worked perfectly, without charging, however, it suddenly switched itself on and would not stop, I could not turn it off! With no access to its battery I had to let it stay on until the battery finally went flat which took hours. I thought that I could simply charge it and maybe it would correct itself, but it won't charge up, its now dead - never to work again it seems. This is getting very frustrating now!

You defiantly get what you pay for it’s cheap and looks cheap, very flimsy but I thought I would just deal with it. Worked fine for around 2 weeks and now it keeps turning itself on on its own, it’s woken everyone in my house up during the night for the past 4 nights because it’s turning itself on in the middle of the night, when we do go to brush our teeth with it it stays on for a few seconds and then switches off. bad product avoid buying.

Stops working after 4 months. I bought this for my daughter as I had bought one for myself a couple of weeks before. Mine is still okay...for now. However, my daughter noticed it wasn't switching on, so we charged it. At 4am this morning we were woken by a rattling loud sound, the toothbrush had turned on by itself and was jumping around the sink and would not switch off...I managed to switch it off eventually for it to happen three more times. In the end we shut it away wrapped in a towel...charged it again this morning and the same thing happened. Such a shame as its a good toothbrush when it's not got a mind of its own and I doubt that I can get a refund from buyer. So I would avoid buying. I am just waiting for my own one to start going off in the middle of the night!

Seemed fine when it arrived (although the brush heads supplied are very soft and no medium ones were available as an option). It worked fine for a few weeks, in fact it worked all that time without needing a recharge - until my wife took it on a business trip for a few days when it ran out of charge, but WOULDN'T RECHARGE. She had taken the charge cable supplied, expecting that it might run out soon, but when she plugged it in, the red battery charge light came on, showing as empty, but even after many hours like that, it showed no increase in charge level, and would not start. We have tried several times since, using different USB power-adapters, but no improvement, so will have to demand a refund.

This toothbrush worked brilliantly until its first charge. I charged it overnight and in the morning when I went to use it, it kept switching off after about 5 seconds. In the evening I tried it again and this time it was completely dead. I wish I’d paid attention to all of the 1 star reviews before I bought it. Unfortunately it is now 2 days past the Amazon return period so it is going in the bin and I am out of pocket. NB I decided to contact Amazon customer services through their instant messaging service. I explained that the toothbrush had stopped working a couple of days after the return period ended. There was absolutely no problem and they offered me a full refund. I have now sent the toothbrush back for it to be examined. In the feedback form they sent me, I said that sellers who were advertising duff products, should be removed from the Amazon website.

This toothbrush worked fine for the first month until we charged it for the first time. Then it wouldn't switch on. That night it was left in it's stand on the side of a sink as usual and woke everyone up in the night as it had switched itself on and was making a really loud noise as the stand banged against the sink. It has continued to do this for the past week - either not working when being used or randomly switching on. It now has to be kept on a towel downstairs so it doesn't wake anyone up. Of course, this only happened just after the window for returning the item closed. Do not buy.

Terrible. Turns on randomly and drains battery. No discernible warranty replacement process via Amazon.

La ricarica completa è rapidissima. In dotazione spazzolino, custodia da viaggio, 8 testine, stand da parete e cavo di ricarica da pin a USB-A, da collegare a un comune caricatore USB-A che abbiamo tutti. Niente da invidiare a marchi blasonati e ben più costosi

Świetna szczoteczka, ale moim zdaniem końcówki są trochę zbyt twarde, ale ogólnie jest dobra!
