Mop Head Good Quality- Handle Useless.
I work as a school cleaner and need to mop the hall floor every night. The quality of the mop was excellent - nice and heavy and absorbent, which made cleaning the floor a breeze. The handle which arrived in 4 parts was very flimsy and although I tightened the sections well it started creaking from the start. After about a week one of the connections broke. It turns out the threads that connect the sections are made of white plastic, these had broken and were rattling around inside the hollow handle. I decided to repair the section by gluing the thread back in place and gluing and duck taping the broken section. This was fine for two more weeks until another section broke - same issue - broken plastic thread. When you are using a mop with a heavy head (more so when wet with water) there is bound to be a lot of strain on the handle. The fact that it is made of four sections means there is going to be a lot of flexing and force applied to the plastic threads and the handle just isn't up to the job when you do a lot of mopping. The clamp on the handle seems well made and it was easy to attach the mop to it and it stayed on. Personally if buying this mop I would recommend gluing the sections together before using and duck taping them also to strengthen the handle - or better still find a way of replacing the handle! Have given two stars as the mop head was excellent. Sent the company a question to see if they supplied replacement handles and never received a reply.

NOT heavy duty
First use the mop literally started to disintegrate on the floor. It said it was heavy duty and could be used in concrete, what a waste of money.
