Cheap and does the job perfectly
Replaced a worn out fixing from my tap that wouldn't stay tight. With the right tools it took minutes to fit and has stayed tight for well over a month so far.

Handy to have
Got me out of trouble for temporary re fit of old mono tap where nut and seal lost. Couldn’t find in usual DIY stores, also came v quickly.

Low Quality and Didn't Fit
The rubber seal at the base of my tap on the bathroom sink had perished and water was getting through and dripping onto the floor, so I bought this kit to fix it. 2 stars because benefit of the doubt, maybe I bought the wrong sized kit for my tap but nevertheless, it didn't fit and quality is very poor/cheap.The threaded rod was too big for the tap and the ring seal was slightly smaller than the hole in my basin, which may have been due to me buying the wrong kit. However, the ring seal is not rubber but very soft foam that came out the pack permanently compressed in one section. I'm doubtful that soft foam can form an adequate watertight seal but definitely not with a pre-compressed section.The rubber washer underneath looks to be 3D printed with flexible filament and I have doubts as to how durable that is long term, so I didn't use that either. In the end, as much as I wanted to avoid doing so, I sealed the tap with a thin bead of silicone and never used any of this kit.
