It may help like many others say..
I agree with some of reviews, it does not have a great taste but at the same time I hate herbal teas. The reason why I got this is because I heard a lot of great things about raspberry leaf and its benefits. I really don’t like the taste of it so I mask it by steeping it with fruit tea (wild berry zinger, raspberry zinger, but y’all can use any fruit tea) & it does improve the taste. I guess it does help with the female system. I drank it last month when AF came for a visit; did not experience much change other than pain relief but this month AF went a little easier on me and it lasted 5 days rather than 6. Cramping was tolerable and instead of going more than 35 days this cycle it came at 29 days. I am not sure if it had to do with this tea since I don’t drink it every day, but I’m assuming it does help. We’ll see how my next cycle goes.

Helped my period cramps!
Ladies, if you have horrible period cramps like me then you need to give this tea a try. I found a video on Tik Tok of a girl talking about ways to help period cramps and she mentioned raspberry tea. Honestly, I was skeptical. How is a tea going to help my cramps.... A little back story, I decided to take a break from birth control. Doing so brought back my really really really bad cramps. We are talking about gagging, nausea, cramping, bloating, etc. I drink this tea the first few days of my cycle and really alleviated the pain. My most recent period was surprisingly easy to get through - almost no cramping. The taste is not my favorite, but I will easily look past it because of how much it helps me. Will continue to repurchase.
