Great Product and VERY impressive service.
Ordered on Thursday afternoon, delivered on the following Saturday morning - now that is excellent service from the seller! This was a repeat order for this product because we were so impressed by the performance of the plants in these hanging baskets from the first ones we bought. The difference in plant development in these baskets is striking compared to the conventional wire, moss-lined, alternatives. They are easy to use and water efficient and used with swivel hooks so that the planted basket can be rotated easily, flowering is enhanced both in terms of coverage and longevity. A good quality, value for money, addition to our summer flowering season.

Good product and customer service
We ordered 4 packs of 3 and originally, upon arrival, there was 1 basket missing. Upon contacting the seller they replaced the missing basket very quickly and there were no more problems. As for the product itself; It's quite large and a good quality for what you pay. The chain in particular looks to be thicker and stronger than others I've seen on more expensive hanging baskets acquired from the local garden center. The baskets have not been filled yet so we'll see if they do well with what I want them for (growing some dwarf blackberries and raspberries) and if they're as strong as they look, but I can't see any reason why they won't be.

Easy hanging baskets
Reallly good hanging basket - the 'mesh' bits to hold in the plants are a little difficult to get in but it doesn't matter as the soil holds them in place and the result is lovely. My photo is of the newly planted baskets - not flowering yet but will look even better in a couple of weeks time.

A must for those who like hanging baskets
Easy to fill. Would have had a slightly larger basket if available. Now I've planted them out, they look stunning.Very pleased. They'll last a few years. The only problem is the gates could be easier to insert. Can be tricky sometimes.
