Naturium Niacinamide Gel Cream 5%, Hydrating Face Moisturizer, 1.7 oz

UPDATED: My original review is below. My skin barrier must have just been messed up for a bit. I couldn't use anything on it except Cerave Moisturizing Cream (in the tub with the pump). For months that's the only skin care product I used. I never did go back to any tret. (besides irritating my skin - there was a time I was using it regular with no issues but my pores looked giant because my face was dumping so much oil despite using moisturizer.) Prefer bakuchiol. I very slowly added back in one product at a time and this stuff is actually great. My pores are smaller and my face is less oily. I use PanOxyl 4% in the morning followed by sunscreen. In the evening I use Cetaphil gentle cleanser followed by this, The Ordinary 10% azelaic acid, cerave moisturizing cream with two drops of Celdyque bakuchiol. I will continue to purchase. Original review 11/11/25 - I patch tested this on the inner part of my arm. It was fine. I’m not sensitive to products. I use tretinoin and had recently added a aha/bha face wash as recommended by my derm. My skin was still doing fine but as soon as I added this my face one time (because derm said if you’re feeling more dry, this was a heavier moisturizer for my skin.) and was instantly irritated and that redness continued for days. And dried up all the oil on my face to the point of feeling borderline dry. After things settled I went back to a tret application but instead of .5 like I was using I went down to .25 that night. My skin was burning red and almost instantly. Then it broke out in a bunch of tiny surface whiteheads all over. Days later I haven’t used anything on my face at all. My skin is really not pleased - patch test on side of cheek.

Ideal for mixed skin types. My aesthetician friend recommended me this after trying many different moisturizers and I’m so happy she did! Im very oily in the t zone but still get dry and irritated easily by products. This hydrates my skin without feeling heavy or oily. I’ve been using this for a little over a month and my skin seems to be clearer and more even toned. Love this moisturizer.

Holy grail for oily skin. I'm in my mid-30s and have had oily skin for as long as I can remember. I need a gel moisturizer. I cannot stand the way a "lotion" feels on my face. Saw a Dermatologist recommend this for oily skin in a YouTube video. Once I started using this, I had no desire to try anything else (and I love trying to find the next best thing). It's my daytime moisturizer and I use under makeup. Layers well with different toners, sunscreens, and primers depending on what finish I am looking for. If you're truly oily you know a moisturizer alone won't prevent that. This, however, has the best feel and finish I've found. If you're oily, layer the Danessa Myricks Blurring Balm on top!

This is the best facial moisturizer I have ever come across. I have skin that is very reactive to heavier creams. It will reject is and just sit on top of my skin and cause me to appear shinier than usual. This gel cream is perfect. It absorbs like butter and is extremely Hydrating. What I do is use it in the day time and put my sunscreen on top of it and I never get shiny! I also believe it has evened out my tone and cleared up hyperpigmentation. It has also never clogged my pores which is plus. I am on my 3rd or 4th bottle. It lasts a very long time. A little goes a long way. Favorite purchase by far. I hope they never change the recipe.

This moisturizer changed my skin in the best way!!! Better texture, lightweight, perfect for oily skin, but still moisturizing. My dark spots have been fading & my breakouts are way less common than before. This stuff is legit!!!

It's great. My skin feels great after using it.

This is the only niacinamide product of so many that I've tried that effectively reduces the unsightly red "sun spots" on my face. My fiance says stuff about it helping my moisture barrier and other technical jargon, but I'm just happy my blotchy face looks better. Pump works great. Literally gets every last drop out of the tube. It's not greasy. No weird ingredients. Lasts all day, and the tube lasts for months.

this is one of two products i will always rebuy and never forget to put on my face. it really helps hide my pores, lock in moisture and even out my skin tone.
