Very little pull. I did have to spend $10 to have it so did it correctly as when I got it apart I was not able to get back together lol. Just completely worth it and the buyer has the best price on Amazon

I purchased this to add to a vintage Omega Seamaster that was passed down to me from my grandfather. The watch was given to me with a Speidel band that was too small for me. Adding this new piece to the watch really was fitting and feels like I am staying true to the product that was passed down to me. The band was easy to install, if you have a spring bar tool. The logs on my watch are 18mm and this is a perfect fit.

Really like this watch band. I'm lucky - it fit my wrist perfectly without having to remove any links. It looks good and provides just the right amount of pressure to allow my fitness watch (Withings Steel HR) to get reliable readings. I usually go for a magnetic steel mesh band, but they don't last very long and often catch on clothing/etc. The only downside I had was in attaching the band to my watch -- the little "retractable pin covers" make it a wee bit more difficult to get the pins set. It seems well made and still looks like new after a couple weekends of gardening/etc.UpdateGot the new Withings Scanwatch, so got a new band. This time I had to remove 2 links because the watch is a wee bit larger than the old one. Removing the links was relatively painless -- just followed the included instructions.After almost a year of constant wear, the old band is still in great shape (I'm really hard on watches/bands) -- the only wear is on the bottom where it constantly scrapes on stuff.

As one other reviewer had said, I also had a "Speidel" strap on my old watch for 20 years, so would only of looked for this make again. The strap arrived early, came with 4 pins, which were heat sealed into a plastic strip, so just had to be cut with a scalpel and removed easily. The lugs on my watch are 18mm apart, and the strap is 15mm wide.Fitting is fiddly, but with a bit of patience went in. I am very pleased with the result and as far as I am concerned the finished article looks very smart.

Been looking for a good flex band for a long time mostly because the ones available have sharp corners which bite while working with your hands this band is incredibly comfortable glad I found it
