Taste good and effective in the gym
Some pre workout shots taste awful. These taste lovely and not as severe as others. A slight tingle but effective as an energy boost for the gym after a long day.

Okay for little boost generally
Not very potent if you are looking to raise energy levels for a good boost. (coming from someone who regularly takes pre-workout / supplements). Good if you need a little boost when out and about. Wouldn't use for exercise. The taste isn't great. Better value for money than many others on the market. The quality of the product and packaging was as expected.
