Great tape for my use
I use this tape to tape my mouth at night. It has worked really well and does not cause any irritation. I am able to get a couple of uses out of each strip I use.

Strong hold, actually gentle
This Nexcare Strong Hold tape is one of those rare ones that does what it promises: it holds really well but still comes off without ripping your skin up. The silicone adhesive is the whole point here — it’s made for sensitive skin, frequent re-taping, and it’s popular in hospitals (basically the “blue tape/micropore” people talk about). A lot of buyers use it for mouth taping at night because it stays on until morning and doesn’t leave residue, and the same “stays put but doesn’t hurt” feedback comes up for things like securing dressings or taping around more delicate areas. Two honest warnings: if you’re oily from skincare it can lift (so keep the area clean/dry), and a small group still gets irritation because no tape is zero-risk on reactive skin. But overall, for a reliable medical tape that won’t traumatize your skin during removal, this is a solid buy and worth the price.
