Although I knew minerals were important, I had only tried silica in the past to support my knees and bone health. This time, when I purchased BioTrace Silica, I decided to try BioTrace Concentrated Trace Mineral Drops as well. At first, I didn’t expect much, but after about two weeks, I started noticing a real difference. As I’ve gotten older, my sleep has become lighter, and I would sometimes wake up with muscle cramps during the night. After taking these drops before bed for about two weeks, I found that I was falling asleep faster and sleeping longer. I also realized that I haven’t experienced any night cramps for about a month. I did a bit of research and learned that magnesium and potassium may help support normal muscle function, while magnesium and zinc are associated with healthy sleep. These drops contain up to 72 minerals and trace minerals, so I feel like they may be providing some of the essential nutrients my body has been missing for years. I’m going to keep taking them every day.

I'm really happy with this product. It's completely tasteless, so it's very easy to add to water, juice, or pretty much any drink without noticing it. I have quite a sensitive stomach, so I was a little cautious at first and started with a smaller amount rather than the full serving. I haven't had any negative stomach issues with it at all, which has been a big plus for me. A friend recommended this silica to me because my nails have always been quite weak and brittle, and recently I had also noticed more hair shedding than usual. I've been using it for just over a month now. One bottle would normally last about a month, but because I started with a smaller amount, I still haven't quite finished my first bottle. What really surprised me is that my nails now seem much less likely to break, and I've also noticed noticeably less hair shedding. I've read that silica can support healthy collagen formation and bone health. Of course everyone's experience can be different, but seeing the improvement in my nails has definitely made me more confident in silica and its benefits. Very easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and so far I’m really pleased with the results. Definitely worth recommending!

used another brand forever and they worked great but these ones or more concentrated so it doesn't take as many drops. The dropper itself doesn't make too much. come out like you can count the drops much better than other bottles. and they don't taste as bad as other ones

Appreciated the ease of use, so easy to just put in a bottle of water. Liked that it was completely void of any taste, and could split up the dosage. It seems to have helped me out with my energy level, which was sorely needed, and also I didn't get the illness that was going around at work this time. So all in all, I am happy with the product.

One of the better quality drops I've tried..definitely recommend for anyone trying to add goodness back to your water!
