Good thickener!
All I needed was 2 drops and my Quark cheese thickened enough on the same day. No weird after tastes. Definitely a must have.

This product was completely ineffective. I tried to make cheese with it three times, meticulously following temperature control. It would not give a clean break even after many hours and using increased amounts of the rennet in each batch.

This bottle was twice as big and claimed to be more potent than another brand and a similar price. I've made a few batches of cheese with it and am happy thus far.

[Update]The product is not useless like I said at first but it is very week. I needed 3 coffee spoons for 2 liters of milk.
