Didnt Work
Printer will not recognize the refurbished head... Error code now on printer. Cant print and in same boat as the old clogged head.

It would have been nice to know up front that this item is shipped from China. In the mean time I have no printer to use.

Printer won't recognize printhead
Figured I'd try replacing the printhead instead of getting rid of my printer and just buying a new one. Well, the printer didn't recognize this printhead, so, so much for that idea. Big waste of money and time.

No mention in product description that this would be a reconditioned part...
It came obviously used/reconditioned. Didn't fix the printing problem, though I can't say for sure that it was at fault. No mention of the item being reconditioned in the description of the product.
