Well made and finished.
So far, so good. Appears to be well made and finished. Decent sound and volume for its size and suitable for home practice or smaller music groups and venues. As others have commented, the strap is useless unless a child is using it. Other straps are readily available and the fasteners are universal fitting buttons for ukulele/guitar straps.

Lovely, practical instrument
Very portable yet gives a good range of sounds. I found it easy to play on account of it being round the neck.

Great little portable cajon drum box
This little portable cajon drum box is ideal for carrying around. With its strap, it hangs comfortably and enable the box to be played close to a microphone if required. Tone varies with position of the hand when playing. ideal for those gigs where a full size cajon is too much to carry in the car, or when percussion is only required in a couple of songs.

Small cajon - a great purchase
I bought this lovely little drum for my partner as a gift. He loves it, it has a great sound and saves taking out his larger, sit on Cajon to music sessions and rehearsals. A great buy.

Would recommend
Great portable cajon for my son. He has a full size but too big to take to gigs. Not as loud but ideal for what is needed. Would have given 5 stars if there had been a bag with it

Just right for jamming.
Fantastic cajon! The size is what makes it stand out. Perfect for travel and casual jamming. It’s made of good quality materials and the artwork design is both tasteful and meaningful. Full marks!

Flexible, portable, well crafted, and loads of fun
I purchased this as an amateur/hobbyist with a musical background who's interested in developing some percussion skills. I have previously experimented with other hand drums, so I know some basics, but wanted something cheap and portable to learn some techniques and rhythms. I was impressed by the portability and nice construction off the bat. The corners and edges are rounded and comfortable so I have little worry about injury during use. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of tones you can get. The snares on the bottom half run along the middle of the instrument, and so the edges of the bottom give a less snare-y tone (kind of akin to a high tom). The 2 sections are also different sizes, so the top has a much lower tone, giving you some flexibility. I also discovered that the 2 sound holes are small enough to position your hands partially over -- this can quiet the tone when fully covered, and can adjust the pitch downward. There's enough interesting sounds to keep me occupied for a while! I can't speak to its suitability as a gig instrument, but for my use case, it seems perfect!
