Not as expected
I was expecting some nice aromatic spa fragrance that feels good when sleeping. But it just smells like Jasmine and nothing else. For the price paid, it is not worth it. But a nice Thai balm instead.

They work for my Audhd daughter and I
We bought 4 of these; 2 sleep intense, 1 sleep and 1 destress. My 7 year old Audhd daughter loved them as part of her nighttime routine. They smell lovely and the action of putting it on is very calming to her. They are expensive but they work for us and thatโs the most important thing to us.
