Great Quality & Works Perfectly!
I purchased this 12V 5A adapter for my device and it works perfectly. The build quality feels solid, and the output is stable—no heating issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others.

The adaptor is working fine and as per the expectation till one year.
I needed this 12v 5A for crib to run it for hours. I got from one local shop which looked poor quality and it got burned within a few days. Than I bought this from Amazon. Though it was expensive then the offline, but the quality looks far better from the adaptor. It is working for more than the previous one's days. So far so good. Using this since Nov 2024 no issues at all. Very good product. Looks like someone is really solving the problem of low cost product everywhere(which does not last long and consumer ends up paying more with the headache). So after one year of use the final dc pin connection is loose now, my equipment stops working in between. Now I am in condition where adaptor is working but I can not use it.

Fedus adapter is durable and worth the money
A very good quality adapter that satisfies all safety aspects like double insulation,three pin plug to the main & long heavy duty wire .It is definitely better than Indian and some imported adapters.Though it is costlier it is worth.My opinion is all such products from FEDUS can be purchased without anny second thought.

Adapter is working good with my MSI Monitor. Also works with other monitors. Also it has a light which tells it's on. Doesn't heat much at all. Though I would prefer if it was a little smaller. Still worth it.

Customer service and support is amazing...
The adapter failed unexpectedly after just 9 days, leading me to believe it was a complete waste of money. But my concerns were quickly turned around. I reached out to the service center and was amazed by how fast they responded and resolved the problem. They promptly replaced the faulty adapter, and the replacement is working fine. Their product is good, but their customer service is truly outstanding—a fantastic example of how to handle problems. While the product is satisfactory, their prompt and amazing support is what truly earned this five-star rating.
