Well written introduction to meal prep.
I cracked the book open last night and began to turn the pages. I was half expecting it to be full of useless information, I was however shocked at the fact the author took the time to write some info about her experience with meal prep, the shopping list items, and the other useful tips about planning and how to include more of the family. While we are new to meal prep we are excited to start our journey and hopefully manage to shed a few pounds along the way!

Just an okay book
I have made a few of the recipes, which were easy to put together, but tasted pretty bland, making me not want to eat them in the days that followed. The ones that were good, didn't taste great when re-heated, which defeats the purpose of prepping them ahead of time. I saw other reviews noting there aren't any pictures... I didn't think this was a bad thing, but after going through the book, I agree that some pictures would definitely help.

I am a visual person so I didn’t like the fact that this cookbook has no pictures. I personally prefer pictures so I can at least get an idea of what my dish is supposed to look like once finished Or to just be able to flip through the book and find something fast that I would like by just lookin at the picture instead of having to read the whole recipe. But other than that, this is an okay book, it has many recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner which I have enjoyed so far.

I think the book it's good BUT.....
The recipes are good recipes but I read the nutritional values in them and honestly they were outrageously wrong. I understand they are approximates but they are not even close maybe they shouldn't be in book it's a bit misleading. However, other then that thinks book is great with ideas and recipes.

Eh, It's OK
I don't understand why anyone would ever write/publish a cook book without pictures. It's so bland and unappealing, I feel like I'm reading out of the charity cookbook collection from the elderly neighbors and friends of the volunteer fireman drive I bought.

Perfect for the Busy Individual
This book is ideal for the busy individual who wants to still eat healthily. It's loaded with lot pertinent information to help you easily set up a Meal Prep plan. It outlines ideas and recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it also helps you make the preparation relaxing and enjoyable. it's worth buying, plus it will give you ideas to keep you out of the fast food restaurant lines.

Variety
Lots and lots of great recipes that you would never think of! I love The variety of different choices and it has helped me change a lot of sweet tooth habits I have had trouble with. So many yummy healthier alternatives for desserts! I wish There were more options for vegetarians

Was hoping for more
Very disappointed that there are no illustrations, its more like an informative Word doc. The recipes sound lovely, but being new to meal prepping it would be nice to see what it should look like. Im only keeping it because Amazon want to charge me £3.99 to return it.

NO PICTURE
I didn't really like the book. As a cookbook, I expected some pictures in there at least to demonstrate what the finishing product would look like, but instead of pictures, there were only writings. I do love to read, but as a person who likes to scheme over recipes, this isn't a great book.

Simple and affordable!
Received the product on time. I was expecting pictures with some of the recipes, but I guess no pics means cheaper price. Recipes are simple and affordable. And I like the fact that you don’t have to do prepping for 10 days, you can balance it out to 2-3 days to see if you like them. I would recommend this book.

Great Cookbook, Excellent Value
As someone short on time and needing planned meals this cookbook has been a lifesaver and given me meal ideas I wouldn't have thought of before.

Simple and good food. Great for working people. Cook on the weekend and have everything for the week.
