Q: What is the pupillary distance?

never seen pupillary distance quoted on Foster Grant glasses, but I will share that these lenses are very good and very clear. I have had prescription progressives made with all the "pupillary distance" bells and whistles only to find that they are not as good as these off the shelf, and at 20% of the cost. Recommend you try and return if it does not work for you. Funny story, I like these lenses so much I ground a second pair down to fit some Zegna frames I had. Better than prescription for reading and driving.

Q: Can you changes the lenses to progressive prescriptions?

I don't think so, these are very fragile frames, likely to break.

Q: Do these glasses come in sizes? i wear a large hat. can't find any mention of sizes on foster grant website.

I think some are wider than others, the pair I have a not as wide as I'd like.

Q: What kind of case comes with these glasses?

It comes with a nice soft cloth case that feels very sturdy, but may not protect your glasses if somebody sat on them. It also comes with a lint free cleaning cloth.
