Fluffy yes, but thin and flat with less than a month’s use. Padding completely gone and now it bunches in the middle. Avoid.

I have used this seller before twice with no problems. They are usually great value for money. They look as good as in the pictures and are super soft. However this time I thought I had ordered beige, but grey came up on my order. I Immediately contacted the seller to ask for beige as required only to receive a totally ridiculous answer, I messaged a se ond time and still no answer back!!! One of the rugs,the only one opened has a strange line of glue and fibre stuck on the top of the rug but floating as only fixed either end. Very very disappointed 😞

These 2 fluffy runners are great and sooo fluffy ! For the price there very good quality and soft and fluffy . Will be buying another one 💯
