Professional packaging, most importantly good items
The media could not be loaded. I love the small instruction book that comes with it, arrived much earlier than expected (1-2 working days). In relation to the matcha - the powder is very fine and not at all grainy. Has a fresh smell once you mix it with your drinks. It does settle to the bottom of most of my drink which makes it very bitter in the end. The taste is very similar to green tea (first time trying it). In terms of physical benefits I noticed I had a much clear thought the first time drinking it. After three days of drinking I haven’t noticed much, of course I’ll continue to gain a better view of it. I’d say it’s worth the price!

The package came damaged
The box was damaged and the jar was not sealed, which is not how you expect a gift should look like (it supposed to be an Xmas Gift).The taste is ok though.
