What level micron is the bag? I.e. is it 100 micron or 200 micron etc

No idea, it's measured in thread count and it is 60. It is quite thin but exceptionally strong. You would be going some to rip it

How much grain can it hold?

Maybe 400\500grams, not great for mashing in with though in my opinion. I bought this for dry hopping and the cloth is a bit too thick for that too.

Worked really well for straining elderflower cordial and caught all the bits!

Not bad at all.

Used only once so far and so far so good. Fine muslin is not easy to clean and cotton stains quite easily. The cloth looks to be of good quality although some of the stitching (overlocking) is not too good. Can only give decent review after using it many times. Seller was fine and item came on time.
