Works as expected. The only issue I had so far was that the laptop was delivered without an audio device making it unable to play any music or sounds for that matter. The customer service took care of it remotely and it is now working well. I love the touch screen and low weight of this Dell compared to my old one. The battery life is also much better.

I bought this and was happy with it, it looked good and worked well. It had a 90 day warranty as it was a refurb unit. This is a follow-up to a purchase that was made 4 months and 3 weeks ago. At that point one day I turned it on and got nothing. Thinking the battery was shot I ordered a new one. Thinking back I guess even if the battery was shot and I had it plugged in I should have gotten something. (did check power supply and it was OK) Sent it off to Dell for an inspection and estimate to get it going. ($39) I was told it needed a motherboard and battery and it would be $435 plus tax! That's more than I paid for it. I said no, send it back. Just a warning about what could happen with a refurb.

Works great! But battery dies extremely quickly

Im not an Information Technology Specialist but the specifications on this laptop seemed pretty good. I installed Virtual Box and a virtual machine on it. Its been doing okay. No issues running that. I added an external keyboard, mouse, speakers (headphone port). I regularly print documents using a basic Canon printer. No issues with that either. For the old skool folk, theres no word pad (only note pad). I heard they stopped using word pad. SSD is currently the newest drive. Windows 11 operates on 64-bit. There is no 32-bit on windows 11. The graphics card is 128mb. Thats pretty low for gaming but its good enough for video streaming. The keyboard backlight is handy when im at the park during the evening. To turn this on/off hit "ctrl" and F5.

I bought this computer less than a year ago and I use it daily. It was a "used-refurbished computer" and I knew that when I bought it. I will never buy a used computer again. The main issues with the computer are the battery has to be charged frequently and the computer locks up every couple of days requiring a hard power down to restart the computer. Also the computer didn't come with a camera. I had to buy an external camera. The positives are its a lite computer and the size is small and compact for travel. I regret buying this computer and I wished I had spent a few extra bucks and bought a new computer.

excellent product. Had an issue with power button sticking at first use but is fine now that unitl.is used daily for classes.

Unit worked perfectly for 3 weeks, then issues began and ended with internal battery or charging circuit failed to charge.

Unfortunately, I lost the time to return the product. The battery had less than 50% life, the painting was bad and was already falling, and the charger gave electrical shocks. I don't recommend it.

The refurbished laptop showed up in excellent condition and worked great for a few days, but then the hard drive completely failed. Repair went very well with excellent communications, RMA and shipping process, and I received the repaired laptop back in a reasonable amount of time (although a few more days than stated). An excellent supplier and it's great to know they stand behind their product.

Looks very lightly used, specification is as described and working as expected. Setup was easy with everything pre-installed and took only a few minutes.
