Women's Daily 7 Multivitamin for Women - Vitamins & Minerals, 30 Packs

30 day update to five stars! I will be ordering again. I noticed a huge change in my digestion, a huge spike in my energy, and improved with my monthly flow. —————— After just one week of incorporating the Daily 7 Essentials for Women into my routine, I am eager to share my preliminary impressions. Initially drawn to this product in search of a comprehensive multivitamin and vascular health support, I've found that the Daily 7 Essentials deliver far more than I anticipated. Despite some reviews mentioning their size, the tablets are surprisingly manageable to swallow. The minor inconvenience of their larger size is negligible compared to the substantial health benefits they provide. The first and most striking advantage is the financial savings. This all-inclusive pack combines the essentials—multivitamins, digestive and hormonal support, omega-rich fish oils, and a powerhouse blend of 45 vegetable extracts—into one cost-effective solution. Where I can spend around $120 on buying these separately, this pack offers the same, if not superior, quality for only $60. An analysis of the costs and nutritional content when compared to other packs on the market confirms that the Daily 7 Essentials offer unrivaled value. For someone like me, who struggles to incorporate enough vegetables into my diet, these vitamin packs are a game-changer. They provide a convenient and efficient way to ensure I receive the necessary nutrients that I might otherwise miss. Furthermore, it's essential to recognize that lasting change is a gradual process. We invest so much time in forming habits; it's unreasonable to expect overnight miracles. Nevertheless, the positive shifts in my mood and energy levels were almost immediate. Gone are the days of feeling lethargic during work meetings—I now navigate my day with a newfound vitality. My appetite has improved as well, making meal times something to look forward to. A word of advice for new users: start by taking these vitamins with food to ease your body into the new regimen. My initial experience on an empty stomach was a bit overwhelming, but a simple adjustment to include a snack like a banana made all the difference. As my body adapts, I find that I can even take them with just water. PS, if your urine is super yellow, it's just your vitamins. You are ook. Stay tuned for a comprehensive review at the end of 30 days, but if you're considering whether to try the Daily 7 Essentials for Women, my advice is a resounding yes. Your body—and your wallet—will thank you.

I’ve tried all sorts of multivitamins over the years. Most bottles I start but never finish because I don’t feel any benefits. These 2nd Springs Wellness, Women’s Daily 7 Essentials vitamins are a different story. I look forward to taking them every morning -they make me feel so good that I just put them on a monthly subscription because I finished the first container of them! In each daily packet you get multivitamins, pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes, EPA/DHA omega 3 and a 42 proprietary blend of fruits and veggies. One might think these are expensive but for what you get in these vitamins, it’s actually a bargain because if you had to purchase these high quality ingredients separately it would cost so much more!

I love these vitamins! They provide all the essential nutrients needed to keep you feeling good on a daily basis. The individual packets make taking your daily 7 vitamins easy and hassle free, are great when traveling, and are a great value for your money. I’m 66 and have been taking these vitamins for about one year and feel great!

They're large as mentioned in lots of other reviews, and the green ones smell like the pellets that my friend feeds their rabbits which isn't great. They also gave me diarrhea at work. That wasn't great. I'm guessing that they're doing their job and I'm just not used to the pro/pre biotic and so that's my body adjusting, but I think I'm just going to take that capsule out and see if anything changes. Ideally I'd return it, but since that's not an option, I'm going to see if not taking some of it helps anything.

This multivitamin has been a great addition to my daily routine! I feel more energized and focused throughout the day. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. Definitely helps me stay on top of my health!

My personal trainer recommended that I use this multivitamin pack. And she wasn't wrong! I'm definitely noticing more energy, better digestion, and this will be part of my normal routine moving forward. Perfect mix of vitamins. Easy to swallow. Highly recommended!

I had a very difficult time swallowing 3 large pills, 3 large capsules and a large gelcap. The difficulty led to heaving and nausea. I can’t start each day like this. I didn’t have a chance to see if the vitamins are affective and I’m out the money because they don’t accept returns. Don’t buy this product unless you have a low gag reflex.

Seller is great, always quick to respond and resolve any issues. The Supplements work too.
