WOLF 4584029 Windsor 10 Piece Watch Box with Cover, Black

Bought this for my husband's growing watch collection. He had a cheap one that just didn't do the job. This one is fantastic. Well made with attention to detail. The space between the slots is generous allowing for his some of his very large (50-52mm) watches without them banging into each other. The domed lid also allows generous space for large watches. The pillows are a little small but fit his watches perfectly. The watches stay put in the slots. And the box is absolutely beautiful! Real leather, glass lid that show his gorgeous collection. If you collect and love watches, you want to see them all. Helps when choosing the watch for the day. This box is very classy and handsome. A real quality watch box. And it is not easy to find one that holds 15 in one level displaying them all. It does not take up much space. I would highly recommend this watch box to serious collectors. It's spectacular! Worth every penny.

I bought this case a year ago through Amazon for a little over $100. It’s still a good bargain at its current price. The case looks much better than the Amazon picture. The spacing between the compartments is good. My watches are between 38mm & 42mm, so there is about a 1/2” gap between watch cases. The pillows have the right texture and consistency, so it’s easy to wrap the watch band around them. The build quality is excellent. I wear a different watch every day, so the case is opened and closed daily. The lid is attached with a piano hinge, so it’s as sturdy now as when it was new. I cleaned and reconditioned the leather (Wolf calls it “black pebble faux leather”) recently and it looks really great… a beautiful satin black finish. The lock works fine, but I don’t use it because I figure that a thief would just take the entire case rather than take each watch individually (at least that’s what I would do). I’m not sure if the glass is tempered or not. I dropped the lid a few times and the glass didn’t crack, so it’s not fragile. As an aside, Wolf also offers the case in black with purple lining, and brown with orange lining.

I purchased this case for my Omega time pieces - mostly Speedmasters. This watch display/storage case is quite large and perceived quality is top notch. It felt well built and it had no rough or hard edges that could potentially scratch my watches. The locking mechanism however feels a bit cheap in that the key can move around a lot in the chamber before you actually get to engage the lock. The watch pillows are also a bit too small and move around within their individual compartments. I would have preferred a snug, secure fit to keep the watches from moving about in case the watch box falls or you're moving it around from a showcase to table (as I do when I like to clean and admire my pieces). Overall a decent buy and for what you get, fairly priced.

The watch box is beautiful and excellent quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to get my husband a case to display/store the Invicta watches we have purchased in the last few years. I purchased the plastic box that Invicta sells only to find the inside of the box styrofoam and the outside less than attractive. If you have a nice watch collection, why would you want to store it away in a plastic box? For the price, this was a much better value for my money. It is a very well made, easy on the eye display case. I know my husband is going to really love keeping his watch collection stored in this beautiful display case. More than happy with this purchase.

Needed a watch box for my collection of divers and dress watches. This box fits the bill well,my watches are securely stored. The watches fit well in to the compartments, my largest diver is 46 mm in diameter. The cushion is stiff on the sides and squishy in the center, helping hold the watches securely in the slots. The transparent cover is well made, with a good hinge, I can keep my solar watches charged too !! The lock is the only weak point, does not feel very secure

The quality is good and typical Wolf. I have their six watch winder and wanted a box to match the set. Unfortunately these pillows are so small it's almost laughable. I have Panerai watches which look very out of place in here because not only is the pillow small, the actually slot is small too. I went with the Rothwell one which is less than half the price and I think is much more functional with the same level of quality.

Wolf makes terrific leather products. I bought this box to accommodate my watch collection. It's beautifully made and the quality handwork and stitching makes this item a great addition to my hobby. It's sturdy with beautifully polished hardware (lock and hinges) and a nice exhibition glass (not plastic) and great detailing. This is not a cheap garage sale item -- this is a quality product that can be placed openly for everyone to see and admire. My watches could not be happier!

Lovely box, as a gift, or for yourself. The Wolf product line is very well received. Smart packaging, well wrapped to prevent damage. Smart leather look. Plenty of head room for larger watches to nestle into their slots without being too close or touching the glass window of the lid (not a plastic window like some out there). Men's bracelets can be stored in the slots on the watch supports provided also, at least until the watch collection grows! The box is larger than I expected so it might be cramped on a night stand - place it in an armoire or on top of a dresser or chest of drawers preferred. The lock is decorative, works, won't deter thieves, but perhaps children and visitors from touching your collection. A lovely addition for the avid watch collector at a fair price for the lovely quality received.

The box is unnecessary bulky! Watches don't stay inside the slots and are wobbly. The cushions are too small and I don't have a big wrist!

i have small wrists 6.5inch -16.5cm wrists and all my watches fit perfect ive never had a problem ever nice locking system looks good in and out just perfect space for all types of watches. i have watches ranging from 36mm to 45mm and never had a problem

The watch case is excellent and a great gift for my husband for Christmas

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father. He has a number of different watches that he was keeping in a plastic box... He can be difficult to purchase for, so when I saw this on Amazon -- I thought it was an interesting gift idea. I was actually SHOCKED at how nice it was. It came in a very nice package and it was a very solidly constructed product. I ended up doing more research on the brand after the fact and discovered much to my own luck that it was a pretty well known brand. This particular box can hold 15 watches of all different sizes. My father has some watches with very large faces (50mm) and some watches with very tiny faces (sub 37mm) -- the issue I discovered is with wrist size though. If you have a very tiny wrist, such as I do, this thing may not be as suitable as one might think. This isn't an issue for my father because he probably has average sized wrists and all of his steel bracelet watches have no difficulty wrapping around the pillows and clasping shut. He ended up completely filling the box with his collection of watches. I tried to put the steel bracelet of one of my watches around a pillow, and it did in fact clasp shut, but not without squeezing the pillows significantly. My wrists are about 6.25" -- very tiny though. Anything larger than that... You shouldn't have a problem. Height wise? The pillows are recessed high enough to keep the watches all elevated nicely. It's a very nice box for the money. It's very contemporary. If you have a selection of contemporary watches, like Divers and Sport Watches -- this box is definitely a nice buy. If you own a bunch of Dress Watches, you might want to consider spending the money on a different Wolf case, perhaps one made of wood. The glass case is nice for display purposes, but if you don't intend to actually display the thing... It may be worth just buying a solid lid.
