Xtronaut Enterprises Constellations - The Game of Stargazing and The Night Sky

We have played this game several times during our holiday chillax (combo chill and relax) time. The game instructions are easy to read and follow for the most part. Instructions are well organized. This makes it easy to refer back to the instructions when we need rules clarification as the game proceeds. The point chips have not been used yet - we keep a written score as we go. So we have not used the chips. The part about learning the constellations is minimal. We are learning what constellations are not adjacent to one another, but not from the game itself - mostly from just reading the hex cards. The factoids on playing card are fun to read while waiting a turn. Constellations are drawn in an attractive manner, but we have not gotten them to glow. Very fun for the entire family.

I got this for a fun game to have n our homechool when we started doing our Astronomy unit. It's more of an aesthetically pleasing game for the space aspect while the game itself doesn't have much to do with space. But it still was a good addition and the instructional booklet does give some educational information about different types of starts so I appreciated that. Still great game to have for the family ( :

A very fun and entertaining game, good mixture of luck and strategy. The cards are really pretty and enjoyable to look at and it is easy to learn the rules. I also like that the game is still good when it is only two players, a rare feat.The only downside is the facts; it would be so much more relevant and fun to have facts that are interesting to people outside of astronomy. Sizes and lifespans of star classes are... dry. Why not give some information about the constellations in the game so that people learn more about the night sky and can use the knowledge? After only two or three games we completely ignore the facts part of the cards, which is sad since we love observing the night sky and thought this game would help us share our love with others.

This game is truly awesome to play! It teaches, through the interactive approach of playing a game, about the constellations and their relative location! It challenges in just the right way where we had lot of fun figuring things without any frustration. It is visually interesting and the style of the board pieces inventive. It engages each player in a way that they feel apart of the process in a positive fashion. I plan to use it for game night with my undergraduate majors, who I know will really enjoy it. If you are a board-game lover, this is a must have. Playing the game will clearly help build meaning times with friends, family, colleagues, or all the above. Finally, to recap, playing Constellations is an exciting way to learn about the cosmos!

My family, ages 16-45, really enjoy this game. I'd say we had it down after 1 play thru and started adding some of the advanced rules on the 2nd game.Excellent quality game. All of the pieces were thick and feel like they will last a very long time.

A great game for all ages. Lots of optional rules to change things up so lots of replay value. The pieces are well made and beautiful. Love the added touch of the glow in the dark stars so you can see the night sky you made after the game. Love that it's all based on real stars and how they work so it's educational and fun at the same time. Also want to give a shout out to the seller Tabletop Direct. We had some problems with delivery and they were prompt and solved the problem with no questions asked.

A great game and a family favorite! One of the best board game out there. You need to buy this product.

I had this on my wishlist for the longest time and I only wish I’d bought it earlier! The whole family loves it.

My 8 year old and I love playing this game. It is easy to learn and educational.
