Why a sell by date in July when I bought one in Dec. ?

These items have a long shelf life. I bought one in 2013 and kept it 6 months before I ate it. It had not been opened, and it tasted as fresh as any others that I had 6 months before. If you are going to keep one for a while, don't open it. Keep it in the wrapper and box it comes in. I have one right now that I am going to keep for July 4th!! Enjoy!

What are the ingredients and nutritional data?

Agree. It’s not that hard to show a pic of the ingredients side. A friend posted on Facebook how good a panettone was. Was ready to hit buy, but found it had nuts under the Answers section.
