⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfortable, Safe, and Super Convenient!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfortable, Safe, and Super Convenient! This Electron scooter with a seat is absolutely amazing! The seat is super soft and cushioned, so even longer rides are really comfortable. The deck is nice and wide, which makes standing and balancing much easier—especially for beginners, kids, or elders. I love the basket in the back! You can throw your backpack, packages, or even groceries in there—super convenient. There’s also a hook in the front for extra storage and a bright headlight for night rides, which makes it really safe. The speed is great and there’s even a max speed setting, which I appreciate for safety. You can adjust the height of the handlebar to fit your comfort, and the brakes work really well. Plus, the dual rear suspension makes bumpy roads feel smooth—seriously, you don’t feel the bumps at all! The large, sturdy wheels and overall build quality are impressive. Whether you’re using this for fun, short commutes, or just getting around the neighborhood, it’s such a smooth and safe ride. Highly recommend for kids, older adults, or really anyone who wants a comfy, dependable scooter!

Good product
I got this electric scooter for my high school son to use for his daily commute to school, and it’s been a great choice. Compared to a lot of other scooters out there, this one has some really practical features that make a big difference. The biggest plus is the wide, cushioned seat—it’s super comfortable and means he doesn’t have to stand while riding, which is a lot less tiring, especially for everyday use. It also has a good suspension system and large 14-inch tires, so even rough or bumpy roads aren’t a problem. The ride is smooth and feels safe. Another nice touch is the rear basket. It’s roomy enough to hold his backpack or other stuff, which makes it super convenient for school or quick trips. Overall, this scooter is easy to ride, comfortable, and really well-designed for students or anyone who needs a reliable way to get around short distances.

Excellent performance and durable metal design
I usually park my car at a free lot that’s about a 20-minute walk from my office building, and this scooter has seriously saved me so much time and energy. Instead of that long walk in the Texas heat, I just hop on my scooter and cruise to work in under 5 minutes. It handles my heavy work bag (MacBook Pro + iPad and all) without any issues—super stable and the rear basket holds everything securely. The seat is comfy, the ride is smooth even over sidewalk cracks, and it was super easy to set up right out of the box. The battery lasts me the whole week on a single charge, and it folds up nicely when I need to store it. Honestly, I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much, but now I look forward to using it every day—it’s made my commute way easier and even kinda fun. Overall, it worth the price!

A good choice for portable transportation!
I've been using this electric scooter for a week and I'm very satisfied! The whole vehicle is well made and feels stable and reliable when riding, even at higher speeds. The motor is powerful and can easily handle small slopes without any pressure. The battery life is also amazing, and I don't have to worry about running out of power during my daily commute. The riding experience is very comfortable, thanks to the good shock absorption system and durable tire design. The scooter is very easy to fold and store, which is very suitable for small households or people who need to take public transportation. The LED display and headlights are thoughtfully designed, which adds safety and convenience to night riding. Overall, this scooter is not only environmentally friendly and efficient, but also practical and portable. Whether you are a novice or an experienced rider, this is a recommended choice!

Decent but not great
Pros: - Good storage/carrying capacity! Enough for a decently-sized load of groceries or a duffel bag (although I do recommend using a bungee cord or two to secure the contents of the basket). - Easy to assemble. The instructions are very clear, and it's a nice, simple, straightforward process. - Great for beginners. I bought this scooter after trying and failing to learn how to ride a bike for almost 30 years, and I've been able to make slow but steady progress on this. - Keeps a charge well. I wasn't able to ride this scooter for several months, and when I was able to start up again, it still had a full charge. Very impressive! - Portable. Easy to take on a bus or train, and light enough that lifting it over stairs or curbs isn't a problem. Cons: - Creaks. I weigh about 170 lbs, and it creaks noticeably every time I get on it. - The battery indicator is unreliable. It often fluctuates between bars (such as going down to three bars, and then back up to four), and the speed varies widely depending on how much charge you have left. I recommend plugging it in to charge when it gets down to two bars; at one bar it's barely walking-speed, and it goes from two bars down to one much quicker than you'd think. - Needed a new headlight. The tail light is good, but the headlight wasn't bright enough for safe riding at night, so I had to get an additional one. Overall, this was the only scooter with a basket that I could find, and although there are some issues, it meets my needs (running errands and commuting within about a 3-mile radius, and practicing for a bicycle) really well.

Great after purchase customer service! (Read updates!)
Husband has been using the scooter off and on to get back and forth to work since Feb of 2024 and it's held up decently. He had one tube pop on him late last year that our local bike shop was able to repair with ease. The issue he's facing now is the ignition is loose, and constantly turns the scooter off mid-ride and you have to turn it off and back on to get it to reengage. It can do this as often as every 30 seconds, and other times not for several minutes making it a massive pain to use. Hubby is frustrated as can be by this fact, and since it's over a year old outside any warranty. No where in town to get it looked at either so his choices are keep using it like this or get rid of it. He's opting to get rid of it. Update 10/15/25 - Customer service has been great, shipped a new throttle unit to us free of charge, and while we've been unable to fix it ourselves, or find somewhere in our town we've found a repair place nearby who can do it. Shelly with their customer service team kept up with us as we navigated a rough summer with 2 children hospitalized (with one needing surgery) and the death of my father expressing nothing but patience and support while we dealt with all of that before we could even think about anything for the scooter. I recommend them, if for no other reason their excellent customer support team. Update 2: 12/3/2025 We were finally able to see about replacing the throttle and they unfortunately sent us the wrong replacement piece. it's too short to reach the center shaft and so it cannot be replaced, and the scooter has 100% died on my husband as of this morning, on his way to work (because of course). I reached out to customer support as soon as we were told/shown the issue and now no response. So I'm working on opening a new ticket to see if this can be resolved since my email inquiry is going no where. Update 3: 1/4/2026 Finally received the proper throttle and got that fixed and the scooter works like a dream! Update 4: 3/6/2026 Contacted them about a replacement rubber piece for the kickstand as it came off at some point. Company sent a whole new bracket which we replaced ourselves with ease! Update 5: 4/7/2026 Reached out because the innertube of the back tire randomly popped during use, so was asking if there was a way to order one/make sure we ordered the correct one. GoTrax is sending us a tube for his scooter.

Horrible company, scooter can barely make it up hills
Update: Gotrax never sent me a replacement tire tube, despite telling me they did. After giving me the runaround for several weeks, they told me to purchase tire tubes size (and I am quoting them directly from the email) " 14"x2.5" ". They said they woud reimburse. Fine. I trusted that the information they gave me was accurate, however the tire tubes I got arrived today. They are not the right size. The size listed in this ad for the ASTRO is " 14"x2.125" "; the size they gave me is for a different model. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I haven't been able to use my scooter since July 14th. It is now September 9th. I will have to re-order the right size and again ask them to reimburse me for the cost. Their customer service team is in China so it's not as if I can get this resolved in real time. ------------ Update: my rear tire went flat randomly and i could not pump it up. A month ago GoTrax customer support say they would send me 2 new replacement tires since they are a special kind. I have yet to receive the tires. They cannot give me a tracking number. For several days they keep telling me they’ll check the warehouse. I have mobility issues and can’t drive so this is my backup. I’ve been depressed and not having transportation is adding to all of my other problems making me $uicidal. I just want to replace my tire. They won’t give me a tracking number and have not just re-sent tires to me. I’m extremely angry Update: after charging the scooter all night, the battery only had 3 bars. Right now I don’t feel safe traveling longer than 5 miles unless I’ll be able to charge the battery at my destination. I contacted customer support because it seems to me that the battery is faulty and I would rather have a replacement then to be stranded somewhere in winter with a ~65 lb scooter that doesn’t work. I will update once this is resolved through customer service. I found this scooter while looking for an affordable electric scooter that was equipped with a basket. The package was delivered to the wrong apartment, and considering the box weighs quite a bit, it was a workout to pull it up a set of stairs and over to my apartment. Once I got it inside and opened the box, setup was fairly easy. The handlebars come disconnected but are easy to connect. The only things left to do were add the seat, basket, and then plug in the battery. I modified the scooter with a larger basket, rear-view mirror, and phone holder. I also got a Master Lock brand U-lock to use while out and about. The scooter comes with front and rear lights, and a little bell. The bell was in the way so I moved it to allow room for the mirror. The shocks can be adjusted depending on how much cushion you want. I didn’t adjust mine but I may loosen them a bit just to have a smoother ride. On my first ride I noticed that it accelerates nicely and fairly smoothly. The mechanism to go forward took a bit to getting used to, only because the scooters I rode previously were a bit different. I almost always ride at the max speed, and let off when going down hills. Higher speeds are possible while going down hill. On inclines the scooter slows a little bit, and even more if the incline is more than a 20 degree angle. Nonetheless, this was not an issue for me as I was not needing to go up steep inclines. I also weigh around 108 lbs, so I imagine someone weighing closer to the max limit of the scooter would have trouble. There is not a lot of “horse power” driving the motor so for people who want more speed and more power, I would recommend the 500W model rather than the 350W one that I bought. Another small thing I noticed is that - just after one ride, the grip tape is coming off in one of the corners. It’s not a huge deal, but as someone who used to skateboard - gripping her own boards - it’s not difficult to make sure the grip tape stays on properly. The grip tape itself is a little bit thin, so I might actually replace the grip tape myself. On my second right I noticed that on the way back from a ~3 mile round trip, the battery indication screen kept going from 3 bars to 2, interchanging between the two almost randomly. I charged the battery full overnight, and that issue did not happen the first day I rode it, and it had only charged for ~4 hours prior to that. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with my scooter, but I plan on seeing what the bars do when the battery drains lower. Another thing I noticed is that the breaks don’t function as well when roads are wet, so it’s something to be mindful for. This is true for bicycles as well so I was expecting that. I rode the scooter on a dry day and a wet day and it did fine both times. For the price, it is decent. The price dropped around $60 literally the day after I bought it, which meant the price for the 500W had dropped to the price I paid for this scooter, so I was feeling kind of bitter about that. I would have preferred the 500W, but the price point and shipping time for this one just worked out better for me. In the future if I were to buy another one, or replace this one, I would get one with more power for sure.

Great for Daily Use!
I bought this electric scooter for my father-in-law and mother-in-law because they can't drive. They love it! It's very easy to use and very comfortable to sit on. The seat is adjustable and the storage basket in the trunk is also very suitable for things, of course it would be better if the basket was a little bigger. They use it to go to the supermarket near our home and it works very well. It is quiet, smooth and safe. It is very convenient for short trips. This scooter helps them a lot in daily life and saves them a lot of time and energy. Highly recommended for the elderly or anyone who needs a simple way to get around! At present, 19miles is fully sufficient for their daily use needs, and the charging speed is also very fast.

This one. This is the one you want, right here.
Purchased this scooter over Prime Days when it was on sale, it arrived within a completely reasonable time frame (despite the postal strike). I did have a moment of panic when I was unsure if I'd gotten the wrong scooter by accident; I reached out to Gotrax and their customer service doesn't hide from you, the response is prompt and helpful. I was put in touch with Sidereal (wonderful human, and excellent customer service rep, Sidereal did not let me down). By then it was too late, though. Curiosity had me into that box before I even got a response back. It was indeed the scooter I had carefully researched and wanted to take home. Assembly was so easy; just mount the bars, saddle, and basket. I was at it for just a few minutes with the included tools, and impressed by how solid and well-put together the scooter is. I was able to test the brakes immediately; quite solid, no stopping issues whatsoever. Then I plugged it in and allowed it to charge fully, and took it out on the road. The throttle is responsive, the brakes work smoothly and effectively, the motor gives loads of power (even on small hills, much to my surprise). The suspension system delivers a smooth ride, and the battery life is amazing to me. I'm so happy with this scooter, the features it has, the performance it delivers, and the company and people behind it - if you're starting out on eScooters, start here, so you can fall in love with it and the ride without issues, worries, or being avoided when there's an issue. Gotrax forever!!! ❤️
