Can these be used on glass vases as a centerpiece

Yes they have sticky pieces to put on the back of them. My brother-in-law decided to use the pins for sewing to put on the wall. Really gave the 3D effect. Or you could glue them on vases. It is a plastic type texture.

I bought the butterfly’s for my granddaughter but it didn’t come with glue tape . How can I get some for mine?

Get the kind that is like wall putty adhesive. The sticky tape doesn’t hold them. The wings are very too heavy and they fall off the wall. Otherwise they are very pretty.

How secure are these when stuck? I was wondering if they would stick upside down from a fan?

These come with a very sticky glue double tape. As long you clean the area before sticking these on you should be fine. I have mine on a smooth surface wall for over a year none of them have fallen so far. And I think if you will keep rearranging a couple times that’s when the tape doesn’t work and these fall off. Hope this is helpful. Plus these look beautiful.
