I honestly didn’t expect much when I bought this pillow, but it has completely surprised me. From the very first night, I noticed how comfortable and supportive it felt my neck pain was gone, and I woke up without those annoying pillow creases on my face. After a couple of days my skin started looking smoother in the mornings, and I swear my face feels less puffy when I wake up. The design is genius it keeps your face lifted and supported, so you don’t press your skin all night. The bamboo cover is soft, breathable, and super gentle on my skin. I’ve tried many “beauty pillows,” but this one is the only one that truly delivers on its promise. If you care about your skin, comfort, and beauty sleep, this is a must-have. I also love that it comes with two extra pillowcases, one white and one beige, both made of silky, high-quality fabric that feels luxurious and easy to wash. Love it!!

I went through all the reviews and gave it a lot of thought before making a purchase. But knowing there was a 30-day return policy gave me the confidence to order it right away, and I’m so glad I did! This pillow is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with it. To start with, the bamboo fabric is incredibly soft and pleasant to the touch. I really enjoy using it. The pillow doesn’t leave any marks on my face, and it doesn’t create static in my hair. The pillow’s softness is just right. It is not too firm, not too soft (though it leans slightly toward the softer side). It feels comfortable and doesn’t interrupt my sleep, while still offering good support for my neck. I adjusted to it very quickly. I’ve tried pillows from other brands, including some that cost two to three times more, but in terms of size, fabric, and firmness, this one is my favorite. If I had one suggestion about it, it would be to offer the option to buy an extra pillow cover with it. That said, when I reached out to the company, their customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful about everything. The design of the pillow is also really great, and it’s quite generously sized. As someone who usually sleeps on my side or back, I found it to be a great fit. Overall, I loved this pillow!

This is actually our second purchase! I’ve been using this beauty pillow for a while now, but I just bought another one for my husband. I immediately noticed they updated the box and the product; the new packaging is truly impressive and elegant. You can really feel the premium quality from the moment it arrives. The size is absolutely perfect and fits my standard cases easily, but the specialized design is what makes the difference. I’m also very pleased with the firmness level; it provides great cervical support without being too hard. As a side sleeper, this is the only face pillow that effectively prevents those deep morning sleep lines and facial puffiness. It’s also a lifesaver if you have lash extensions! A huge plus: it came with an extra cooling pillowcase as a gift, so now I have 2 cases in total which is amazing value. Beyond the product, their customer service is top-notch. When I needed help before, they were so kind and provided an extra bamboo pillowcase without hesitation. If you’re looking for a real anti wrinkle pillow that actually works for your skincare routine, this is definitely it!

Did not like. The indent for the head isn’t deep enough to provide the proper neck curve, so the pillow is too high, and puts my neck at a bad angle. Side sleeping is even worse. I wake up with headaches everyday that I try to use it. Also the ridge for your chin is awkward and too wide. I have to angle the pillow diagonally to get it to even fit between my neck and chin, and it’s still awkward. I’m going to try the sleepwithme pillow next. It has a head divot, and on their website, you can order it in different heights and different firmness levels. Looks promising!

You’re probably here because your eyes bulged at the price of the real Flawless Face Pillow or the Omnia Pillow and went to Amazon to find an alternative. Feel free to try this out and have the return policy set your mind at ease. For me, this did not work. You have to position your head perfectly to allow the side of your face to fit in the gaps. Otherwise, you’re basically just squishing it defeating the purpose. It tough for me. Perhaps I could train myself to do it (I tried for 4 nights) but I started getting neck & shoulder pain and just wanted it to end. This is also a pretty firm pillow despite its memory foam core. I appreciated the neck support though. As a general pillow on its own, it’s not bad but if you’re getting it for the anti-wrinkle “feature” know it will take time to adjust and isn’t perfect.

** I am updating my review to four stars instead of two stars. Although I still think the pillow is on the expensive side and does not look like the photo, it is very comfortable and working well for me. It does not leave big sleep wrinkle like traditional pillows too. I probably would not have spent $90 on this pillow if I had seen the actual product. The photos make it look like a much more substantial pillow than it actually is. I’m very disappointed in the appearance. It’s been sitting out all day so I think it’s full-size now but the “pockets“ where side sleepers are supposedly lay are maybe a quarter inch deep, probably less. It does not look like a $90 pillow. And it does not look like the product pictured at all whatsoever. I haven’t slept on it yet. Maybe that will make a difference but I am not sure that I’m actually gonna keep it so I don’t want to sleep on it if I’m going to return it. Also, the packaging was all squished up when it arrived. The shipping box was barely taped shut, and the cardboard container containing the pillow was broke open.

Such nice packaging and they even gave an extra cooling pillow case! I have now used this pillow for only two nights and already feel the benefits! My neck, upper back and shoulder pain have already dissipated! So thankful for this product!

I really wanted to like this pillow. I can see that it would be comfortable for back sleepers. I bought it for wrinkle prevention. What you don’t see in the picture is that even though your face isn’t mashed into the pillow, the skin on your face is pushed forward and that stretched the skin causing wrinkles.

Amazing, exactly the pillow I needed. easy to sleep not marks or smile lines the following day, highly recommended and premium quality pillow

This beauty pillow is just fantastic! Seriously, it's so comfy and supportive for my neck. And the proportions are just right, not too big, not too small, just perfect! 👌 It even seems to smooth out my wrinkles while I sleep! 😄 I totally recommend it. Also, Rachel took great care of me; she quickly answered all my questions about the pillow, and they offer 30 days free returns. However, I will keep this one for myself and will even order one for my wife

Looks good, but goes flat within minutes of laying head on it... I was very hopeful for this pillow, after trying so many with no success, but it is so light and soft that as soon as you lay your head on it it goes flat and gives absolutely no support.... A big dissapointment!
