Enameled Cast Iron Signature Everyday Pan, 11", Artichaut

I have been slowly replacing older cookware with enameled cast iron and my husband knew of my affinity for Le Creuset. Due to my mentioning my desire to purchase this pan, he bought it for me, for our anniversary. This pan has been an excellent addition to my cookware, and it has been used for a variety of different dishes. I have used this pan to fry breakfast potatoes, saute meats, make friend rice, fry hamburgers, bake chicken and casseroles, and so much more. It truly lives up to its name as it can be used every day!

I had been wanting one of these lecreuset everyday pans for a while and glad I got it. It has an 11 inch diameter, so a good size to use as a fry pan or as a roasting pan. It's durable, easy to clean and the exterior ombre color is pretty.

This pan is really great. My color, Olive, is amazing, and it matches my Le Creuset Olive Dutch oven. After using it a few times, I can already tell it’s going to be a forever pan for me. I own other products from Le Creuset, and this Signature Everyday Pan definitely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Since it’s cast iron, you need to treat it like cast iron. If you don’t, you’ll run into some issues. But if you maintain it well, it’s absolutely worth it. One thing I’d be mindful of is where certain products are manufactured. Some of their items are produced in China, though I believe most main products are still made in France. Overall, I feel really good about this pan. I already love it, and it still looks beautiful after use. I also own a regular Le Creuset frying pan in the 11-inch size, and I already had a lid for that, which conveniently fits this Everyday Pan as well. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

The Le Creuset Everyday Pan is my “go to” pan for its size and ease of use and storage. I store my Le Crescent cookware on a heavy duty wrought iron rack. The classic Dutch oven nests inside of my everyday pan. Clean up is a breeze with its enamel black satin interior finish. I have an induction cooktop and and all of my Le Creuset cookware works effortlessly. I have even flawless cooking every single time. Great value for the price and there aren’t many cookware brands out there that can become family heirlooms like this brand.

I have had a Le Creuset dutch oven for over 20 years and I love it. My dutch oven is great for many things, but this pan is so much more versatile and I use it much more. This is lighter, wider, and deep “enough” for most things I make. It is easy to clean and retains heat well on my electric (glass) cooktop. I have yet to find a “hot spot” or experienced uneven cooking (which often happens with my green pan skillets on the same cooktop.) I knew that the pan did not come with a lid and thought that I would not mind - but it turns out that I did mind. At first I used my old stand-by - a pizza pan, but then I tried the largest lid I own, a glass and metal model (pictured) from 1KEA - it fits perfectly and is super light weight! This combo is now the closest thing to perfect that I have in my kitchen.

This is a great pan! I've made everything from cornbread to smothered chicken! I love the roomy handles. This pan is worth the price!

I have been using another brand of cast iron for years. The cookware has performed well. However this pan is now my go to pan. Cleaning is easy and fast. The pan is somewhat lighter. Heat is distributed more evenly than in the other cast iron but that could be the cooktop itself. Pan is pricey but worth it

I have multiple LC pots and pans. This is the first one I've had with black enamel. Honestly that's one reason why I bought it and the color was (is) beautiful. My husband has a 25+ year old LC pot that looks brand new and he uses it constantly. This particular pan was used once and the enamel changed colors.... almost looked like an oil stain in the street. That's the best way to describe it. I thought it was odd. All I cooked in it was a chicken breast and it did sear it nicely. It did st!ck a little... also odd vs our other LCs that have no issues with. 2nd time.... the stain got worse. Not it had texture. We scrubbed with the LC brush and mild soap. Even let soak in hot soapy water and the stain remained. This was a Christmas gift to my husband and I HATE this pan and how much I paid for it to be to stained and ugly now. Of course I can't return it since it's paste the window. I see I'm not the only one with similar issues. I don't know what causes the coating to become weird but now, 5 months later it's got a light brown hue around the inside abd NOTHING will remove it. Do not buy this pan unless you want to get stuck with a total head ache!!!

Estoy enamorada 😍 llevaba años queriendo un Le Creuset y por fin se me hizo… ¡y aparte en súper descuento! En todos lados lo veía carísimo, pero aquí en Amazon lo encontré a un precio increíble, ni lo dudé. La calidad es otro nivel, de verdad se siente desde que lo agarras. Cocina todo delicioso, los sabores quedan mucho mejor y además hace que cocinar sea muchísimo más fácil. Literal parece que todo te queda bien sin esfuerzo. Ha sido de mis mejores compras para la cocina sin duda. Ya estoy pensando en comprar otro muy pronto porque vale totalmente la pena.

Die Pfanne sieht sehr schön aus. Aber das Gusseiserne ist ziemlich rau ich frag mich ob da nichts anbrennt. DHL verlangte eben 63,00€ Bar an der Haustür ohne Quittung. Er hat mir nur das Display gezeigt. Sollen das nochmal zusätzliche Zollgebühren sein zu den 43€!? Mit soviel hab ich nicht gerechnet, ich bin davon ausgegangen die Pfanne kommt aus Frankreich/ EU und nicht vom Mond! Über den Kundenservice kann ich nichts finden der Bot war nicht Hilfreich. Sind die 63€ jetzt futsch? Eine Rechnung hätte ich gern.
