This is a nice set of everyday glasses. They are not fancy, just a good weight for lots of use. I can use the ice feature on the refrigerator door without the ice falling on the floor!

These glasses are listed as 19 ounces. When filled to brimming, they hold only 17 ounces. This is an objective measurement, not an estimate. Why the misleading, inaccurate description?Update: The seller gave me a full refund without my having to ask for it. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3. However, the description is still inaccurate.

Overall, there's nothing particularly special about these glasses. They're thin walled & thin on the bottom as well. If you're looking for glasses that would be good for summer cocktails, lemonade or even sangria, these are probably it. Nice wide mouth to accommodate various sizes of ice. They are tall. However, being that these are thin, these aren't the best for those who are clumsy. I am one of those people. I'm down to 5 glasses after testing. Don't drop these outdoors.

Most of the reviews agree, these are nice. sophisticated. set of glasses. They are thin and crystal clear. The only negative I could find abut these is that they have no taper, like zero, so you cannot stack them to save space. I think of 19oz as a medium sized glass. It can be hard to ascertain the size of cups from pictures because some people have smaller hands, so I wanted to compare the glass to something common, a 2.7oz deodorant. Sees silly but hopefully gives someone perspective on size.
