Didnโt send out what was advertised
Really disappointed. I received the album, but it only contained 12 pages instead of the 40 advertised, and didnt come with the promised pen either. Really poor. Now ive got to go through the process of sending it back. Complete pain.

A bit of a disappointment
I have bought many of these albums and this is the first one I am not entirely happy with. Unfortunately the plastic sheet covers are covered in line marks. At first I thought this was the way I was peeling back the sheets but after trying different methods (and this never happening before with the other albums) I think it is a defect. Unfortunately I cannot return this as now the photos are stuck in place and it would ruin them to pull them out :(

Arrived with stain mark and dried out marker
I purchased this photo album, which looks and works nice, however it arrived with a stain on the cover and with a dried out marker. The sellers were great about rectifying the situation and offered to replace the order.
