Bestway SaluSpa St. Moritz Energy-Efficient 5-7 Person Inflatable Hot Tub

So far this is perfect! I have been contemplating buying an inflatable hot tub for 2 years and finally decided to just do it. This was easy to setup, I went straight to YouTube as other reviews mentioned the included instructions are not easy to understand. I set this up by myself in about 20 mins! It has heated relatively fast, filled it up with regular water from an hose and it took about 12 hours to get to the set 100 degrees. I’ve been able to setup the app feature with no issues, which is so nice to adjust it based on when we want to use it. I’ll come back and update this review in a few weeks! **Update over a week later: This hot tub is still working as expected and honestly, I have zero regrets! The app is phenomenal to start heating it up, or to schedule. We leave it at a constant temp of 90 degrees and turn it up if we know we’re going to want to get in it. I use it more days a week than I don’t! I will say, do not expect this inflatable hot tub to massage as if it’s a normal hot tub. The air is pumped through on the bottom of the tub along the walls which pushes the air up and out providing a light massage. I will also say I heat it about 2 degrees hotter than I want it because within the first 30 mins the temp will drop by those 2 degrees due to removing the top. We decided to use bromine opposed to chlorine which has been great, the starter kit I purchased came with tablets and a floater which is perfect to constantly keep the water clean and clear. I’ll update again in about a month or so!! **Update after having this hot tub for about a month** I still love this hot tub!! I’m spoiled with the app as I have used it with no issues. So far no pump issues plus the bromine kit I purchased has kept it clean and clear. 10/10 recommend. **Update after having this hot tub for 11 months** It is still perfect! I’ll be honest I haven’t used it in months and the power went out turning the unit off. I did not notice so the filter hasn’t been running or anything for weeks. Because I stayed on top of the bromine tablets prior to it cutting off the water was surprisingly clear when I removed the top today to run the filter and jets as we are preparing for a move and need to drain it. This bad boy is still running like a champ. I’ll come back and review it again when we move and set it up in the new house.

The hot tub itself is nice and big, easy to inflate, holds air. I did start having a leak coming from the underside of the module which heats and handles the jets, although the seller was very responsive when messaging them in regards to that, and is sending me a new module at no charge. Overall very happy with the support, love the hot tub. Fingers crossed no issues with the new module, however I'm sure if there are I'll be able to get good support. Only downside I would say is the instructions aren't very good which come with the tub. You scan a QR code to view a video but it doesn't go into any detail, just shows a person putting it together really fast. Not a big deal though as these are easy enough to figure out.

I’m reaching out regarding a brand new Lay-Z-Spa St. Moritz I purchased from Amazon as a birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience. The spa’s pump unit is leaking water from underneath, even after careful setup, multiple reattachments, and confirming that all external hoses and valves are completely dry. The leak appears to be internal to the pump housing, and occurs consistently after turning it on. I’ve attached a photo clearly showing water pooling beneath the unit. What’s especially frustrating is that I’ve already invested in related accessories, including AquaDoc chemicals which I have already added to the water — so returning the entire spa now leaves me with wasted product and expense. This was meant to be a relaxing, celebratory purchase, and instead it’s been stressful and disappointing. I’m requesting a replacement pump unit or a full replacement of the spa, depending on what’s covered. I also ask that you take into account the additional cost of chemicals I can no longer use due to this defect. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue. I’d really appreciate a prompt response so I can get back to enjoying the product the way it was intended.

Best purchase we’ve made in A WHILE! Purchase the chemical kit so that you have it when you’re ready to fill the tub, and once the chemicals are balanced, the upkeep is next to nothing. Took about 2.5 hours to fill up with cold hose water and then about 24 hours to heat up to 98 degrees, but then it stays there. We use ours every single night and it’s lasted through freezing temps/snow with no issues. Highly recommend!!

We love ours! Have had for a year and a half. We live in northern Cali where winters get into the 20’s and this stays warm at 104! Good quality, no signs of wear or tear after 1.5 years. Our pump sends error codes when the filter needs to be replaced. Once we turned the hot tub off but left the filter in too long and the paper in the filter disintegrated and was a huge mess, had to drain and rinse. Our first pump went out completely at 11 months but since it was under warrenty, Bestway sent us a whole new pump. Customer service from Bestway was great. The pumps said sold out on there website and I had read other negative reviews about the pumps but I easily submitted a claim and they mailed me a new pump within a week.

Setup was smooth because of YouTube. Instructions on the box are horrible. Started out at 63 degrees and 12 hours later, it’s 88 degrees. Added two chlorine tablets during setup too. It’s big, I’m 6 feet and it’s big enough for me! No problem with staying inflated thus far, fingers crossed. Will come back and update a month from now. The control box is very very quiet too! Update: On week later Hot tub is holding up. No air leaks and holding 104 heat temp. Finally got in itand the jets are good for an inexpensive tub. No complaints yet.

We love this hot tub! Easy to set up and even in freezing temperatures has been able to stay near 100 degrees with the energy saving cover. Would recommend to anyone who wants a hot tub but doesn’t want to pay thousands.

Omg!! I'm so excited! I ordered a different spa it never came. So I got this one instead! I've been waiting for one for weeks. This came exactly when it said it would! Set up was a little tricky won't lie utube videos help. Once you figure it out it's a breeze! Inflated in 5 min filed with water in 20min. We like it cold right now because it's summer, will heat when it gets colder! The quality is 100% everything it says! I am extremely happy with this purchase!! Thank you salu spa!! You made my world better 😁
