Great starter tub to see if you really want to manage a hot tub
Bought as an experiment before potentially upgrading to a fiberglass tub in the future. Definitely worth trying this product out. Easy setup. Spend the extra money to get the thermal cover. Worth every penny to keep the heat in. You might not get the therapeutics of a full tub, but it feels so good when you get in and is so relaxing. Consider buying a water filter for your hose to get water chemical makeup closer at the start. I'm using the FrogEase chemical system and it appears to be working great to keep the water right.

Amazing fun spa
We’ve been debating a hot tub for awhile and decided to try out the inflatable option to see if it would fit our lifestyle. If you are on the fence of an inflatable one - do it! First off - it’s much bigger than I thought. I can lay down fully in it and we can easily fit our family of 5. Setup was easy - we did have to use our own pump as it was below 30 when we set it up (and snowing!) so the pump kept getting errors. But once we got water going it’s been fine. Note it did take about 2.5 days to reach 99* but our overnight lows were in the teens. We did get the extra thermal cover and now that it’s at temperature it easily maintains it.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This pump stopped working after 3 months. And of course they give you no warranty because they don’t have much faith in these products. DO NOT PURCHASE

For the price its great ( Read for tips )
We have had this a few months now so we have learned a few things, Arrived super fast, all the directions where in hieroglyphic pictures which seems to be happening alot with items nowadays. YouTube has some videos if your stumped. Keep up on your chemicals I get mine from wallyworld, I use the Bromimine tablets cut in half they fit better, non chlorine spa shock, defoamer as needed, PH up as needed, Alkaline as needed, I use test strips and spa shock after just about every use. GET THE LONG LIFE FILTERS the basic filters only last barely a week. 4 bigger people fit perfectly, 5 or 6 smaller people cross-legged works good. Drain it and refill every 3 or 4 months with regular use as we use it multiple times a week. Takes a solid 24hrs to heat up when filled, we keep it at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. When its cooler outside like 45-55 as ours is outside with bubbles on it can't keep up temp within 45min its at 97 degrees. As it pulls outside air in for bubbles. No problems using the app works great for us. For the price we love it. Our power bill has not increased to much, now if you let it heat and filter 24hrs a day yes it will be a fairly big increase in your power bill. We have ours programmed to only run during the day and early evening. Use the insulated cover at night when not is use will make a huge difference

Works great for what it is
This hot tub is a great item to save time and money. The only issue I have had with this hot tub is the blow up cover does go flat pretty often. Also when heated all the way to 104° the heat does get lost pretty quick. My hot tub goes from 104° to 95° in probably 45 minutes to an hour. I enjoy that aspect though because it's nice to soak for awhile and not feel like it's too hot. The bubbles do shut off after about a half hour but all around my children love the hot tub and so does my spouse. I works perfect but does have flaws but the positive does out weigh the negatives when it comes to this specific hot tub.

Great quality
I am very pleased with this portable hot tub! The instructions were pretty simple, I was able to put it up by myself without any help. It's so much more sturdy and durable then I expected. I can actually sit on the side wall if I wanted to! The bubble jets are nice, although i do wish they were a bit more powerful. The filter system works great and the noise level is very minimal. It's a great little hot tub for relaxing in after a long day.

Not worth it
Highly disappointed that this didn’t even last a full year. We noticed the tub was starting to lose air and realized it was coming from the one vent, so my husband did what he could to fix it and it worked for a few more months but has been deflating again. It’s not even worth it to attempt to fix again at this point. Honestly, not worth the money. It was great for less than a year that’s it. We’ve read of the same issue on many other Coleman and Bestway hot tubs also.

Wonderfull
I have had a few portable spas, need to replace them about every 3 or 4 years. I really like this one and buying the extra cover has helped a lot.
