This stuff is crazy. First of all it is sweet chocolate - I wasn’t expecting it to be sweetened. I think it is with stevia. It’s enjoyable to drink if you like a chocolate sweet treat. Now to the outcome, the result is almost like I took colace or similar. Very dramatically easy going. I have been out of sorts with my digestion this summer and was looking for help when I bought this. Today I feel very light and supposedly this type of fiber is really helpful for your gut health. Interested to see how this goes longer term.

This fiber supplement contains a good amount of fiber and should help with gut heath and digestion. It is a fine white powder that can be mixed in water or juice for ingestion. I add a spoonful to my morning OJ to get some added daily fiber. My main complaint is that the supplement does not dissolve readily in liquid. It clumps together, sticks to the spoon and/or glass, and takes quite a bit of effort to get it dissolved into the liquid. Even once dissolved, you need to drink up quickly or it will settle back out again to the bottom of the glass. It also makes your drink slightly grainy or chalky tasting, since it never really properly dissolves. Would prefer a more soluble fiber supplement.

I love this chai flavor!!! Pairs really well with both vanilla and chocolate. I add it into my protein shake in the morning and it's really yummy

Love biome fiber, but did not like the chai flavor. Super artificial tasting. Will not buy again. Just stick with the unflavored.

I like how simple Biome makes it to add a source of fiber to drinks and food. However, I would recommend adding it to things like smoothies or oatmeal, where it will get blended in. I tried adding it to a glass of cold water, but had trouble getting it to dissolve. Instead, it clumped together and stuck to the bottom of the glass. Otherwise, great product!

Works great. Drink it was my morning coffee and as for the people that are saying that it clamps up it does but reading the reviews that’s why I bought a frothier it makes everything well and don’t have that problem. I really needed something with no taste that I would be able to drink. It still does have like a zing to it but it’s fine with me. Highly recommend for people with digestive problems.
