I ordered this to waterproof my partner's work boots and my hiking boots, and I'm so glad I did. While it did darken the leather a bit, it's eliminated his gripes about wet feet even on days where he's had to work in the rain. For mine, I no longer worry about walking around large puddles, wet grass, or moderate amounts of slush.This IS a liquid oil with a pompom-style dauber attached to the lid, so it's rather prone to dripping, but a bit of newspaper or a silicone mat on my work surface below this bottle and the boots made cleanup easy. I treated our boots just before we left for a weekend and then left them sitting out to dry, and they were fully dry and ready to wear when we returned.

I have some boots I want keep around for a while and this helps add some extra durability. Easy to use with the built in brush on the cap. Wipe on and let set until the leather soaks it up and then buff to a shine when done! Love that you can layer it on if you like. Just lay down a towel to catch any drip and avoid ruining your floor

The media could not be loaded.  The Kg Extreme oil will darken the material which is fine with me. The item will need at least 3 applications to make it really water proof. I put the glove on and poured water onto my palm and saturated the glove 2 times before it absorbed any water, which I did off video. If you look closely at the glove the water beads off of the glove and absorbs a little bit of water, that is with 1 application and 20hr cure. I recommend this Kg Extreme waterproofing oil!

We kind of inherited some older leather armor that had not been properly cared for. This definitely helped to repair and soften it. I know it wasn't really meant for it- but it worked.

You can apply it anywhere and not have to worry about vapors or anything messing with your plants. animals or kids! It dries fast but may take a few coats to replenish old and cracked leather. It's the best for keeping riding boots fresh!10/10 This is the ultimate proofing liquid; however, it only works on real leather. It won't absorb much into vegan leather, though it's nice to use for a quick shine. However, for leather, it's magic! Maybe I applied it wrong, maybe it’s the boots, (thorogood with regular toe) y feet were wet as soon as I stepped in a puddle the next day after treating these with this product. Maybe I did something wrong but it did not work at all.

I have not treated my boots in a couple of years because I have not been riding. I used this on them and they are like new again they now are supple and soft again. And they look almost like new.

I wanted to put this product to the ultimate test. I treated one well loved boot in a pair and then went on a 2 week and 5 state trail riding adventure. I walked through water, dirt, manure, mud, went rock climbing, cave exploding, and stuck them near the bonfire. I wasn’t too hopeful. When I first treated the boot, you could hardly tell a difference in the two. However, after a little abuse I just realized there is a significant difference.
