Used after physical therapy and very comfortable. My 85 year old father found it's easy to put on & likes these timer feature on the remote. You can tell the difference in the heat settings and a 4 or 5 was great, 7-8 was really hot. I wish the remote had an up and down for the heat setting. You have to keep hitting just one button to get to highest level, then it goes back to a 1.

Bought this for my husband who broke his neck a few years ago. He gets headaches and his neck and shoulders are pretty much constantly sore. This heating pad helps him so much and brings him relief. Great size and well made, very easy to use and the Auto shut off is perfect when he falls asleep. Highly recommend!

My daughter in law has been having problems with her neck. She was always trying to place the heating pad on her neck but being a square didn't work. She absolutely loves this. She comes home from work puts this on while watching TV and it has really helped.

I was completely satisfied with this purchase! It has 6 levels of heating And can be set for up to 2hrs if wear time. The cord is long enough to move around in your area and I really didn't want to take it off

I like the product and I do use it. I like that it is soft, gets warm, and the heat is adjustable.I find the heat doesn’t come from the upper neck “collar” portion, just the lower part. It does have a snap which secures well, but I find that for it to lay properly on me I do better draping it without securing it.Overall it’s easy to use and affordable, but not perfect
