RoC Barrier Renew Gel to Foam Facial Cleanser, Sensitive Skin, non-drying

I really like the way this feels on my skin. It’s not drying like cetaphil or cerave. It foams up excellently. Not greasy, calms the redness, neutral fragrance One little half pump is more than enough so my bottle should last awhile and I plan to purchase again.

This gel to foam cleanser is amazing! It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and fresh. It only takes a small dab, not even a full pump, to have enough to cover your face and neck. Not perfumey or aromatic in any way, It works really well on my sensitive skin which most products don't work well for - so that says a lot! Good price at time of purchase as a little goes a really long way, so a whole bottle is lasting a few more months at least (on top of the one I've used it for already).

I had been trying out a 2% salicylic acid serum on my cheeks, chin, and nose. I absolutely ruined my skin barrier and irritated the h3ll out of my cheeks to where I had red marks across my cheeks and my regular products would burn and make it worse. So I compared some gentle cleansers and moisturizers to use while my skin healed. I chose this because Roc is a good brand and it was a good value for the size of the bottle vs the price. I was so pleasantly impressed with this cleanser! I used it with the vanicream lotion and my skin is almost healed up! Barely any redness left and no more burning when I use my other products. The cleanser is a little thick, and lightly foams. But it leaves my skin so soft and doesn’t leave a residue or anything. I really don’t need the lotion that’s how hydrated I end up feeling. Even if I don’t need to heal my skin barrier, I will be keeping this in my regular rotation, and it’s going in my faves list for sure!

Love this product. Will buy again from now on. Gentile yet effective cleanser, only takes a little and will last a very long time.

Excellent every day cleanser, similar to CeraVe Renewing SA. Not drying, not stripping, although I have oily skin. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the bottle was bashed in on arrival, so luckily I was able to I decant it into another bottle. BTW, the RoC directions say to use in a circular motion for 30 - 60 seconds. That's a long time in my opinion. I use it for 15 seconds at most.

I’m very happy with this product! A little goes a LONG way, the gel foams up so half a pump, if that, is all I need. No strong fragrance and my face feels soft and clean after washing with it, not dry/stripped so I know the product is gentle.I really like that it doesn’t sting my eyes or taste vile when a little gets on my lips like some of the other face soaps I’ve tried. I expect it will last me a long time but I know I’ll purchase it again and I’ll look at other RoC products because I like this one so much.

This is a solid night time cleanser. Comes in a large container with a pump dispenser for easy use. Fragrance free and does not contain any harsh ingredients. Does a good job at removing makeup and leaving skin feeling fresh and clean. Overall very pleased with this cleanser especially at this price point!

Enter RoC Barrier Renew Gel to Foam Non-Drying Facial Cleanser to Hydrate Skin. A mouthful, I know, but worth every word and penny. With age comes wrinkles and dry skin, throw in chemo and such and before long, I was looking a hot mess. After doing some research for a clean (no bad chemicals) face cleaner, this one kept coming up. Historically, I have always been pleased with RoC products so I decided to give a go. I was a little iffy on the gel-to-foam deal, but I was surprisingly pleased. It comes in a pump bottle and a little goes a long way. It comes out a gel and when you rub your hands together, you can see it starting to foam. Add a little water and watch it go. It turns into a thick, foamy richness of cleansing wonder. It just feels good while you're washing. When you're all done with the wash, just splash it off or wipe with a wet towel. It removes easily. It doesn't leave your face feeling like it's still covered in residue. It leaves it feeling clean and hydrated, not dry. YES! The first time I used it, my face was singing because it felt so clean and good. Well, not actually singing but, you know, feeling like it could. Sounds silly, I know, but if you know, you know. You get 12 oz so there is plenty of face washes in this bottle. In my opinion, RoC products always do just what the say and this one is no different. It will be my go-to face wash as long as it's around.
