The media could not be loaded. I love my Suzzipaws. If I could, I would rate this a 4.5 stars, only because I am not thrilled with the cutting power of the clippers. With that said, I think this is one of the best inventions for home use. I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that constantly sheds year round. Managing all of that fur can be a huge chore. But this product really makes it so much easier because the vacuum will suck up the hair as I brush and groom, I don’t have a mess or pile of hair when I’m done. It is all neatly contained in the canister. There are many attachments. Each attachment has a function of its own. There is a cordless hair clipper which can be hooked up to the vacuum as well, so clipping hair can even be done with your pet on the couch next to you. The noise of the vacuum does not bother my dog, only the sound of the clipper.

The idea of this is great. The price was enticing so I tried. The clipper head is made of plastic. When trying to shave your pet with a guard the whole head falls out. Thought it may have been a fluke so order another; same thing happen within seconds of grooming pet. If you want to order an item like this, order one that has a metal head that is screwed into the base. The reason this is: you can remove the base with screw driver and clean out any hair and screw it back.

My sister's and I have a ton of pets ... from cats, rabbits, dogs, goats, horse, and more ... and clean up is a chore.We all have our own kids now, and own houses, but we still have the ton of pets between us. We are really close and frequently help each other out.This gadget has made it a lot easier to trim up and care for the longer haired cats, dogs, and rabbits .. without having hair all over us and the house.My cats normally make haste and disappear when I pull out our vacuum, but this is smaller and quieter. They only give it a dubious look.Still trying to convince the long haired cat (it may have Maine Coon in him) that the brush is his friend. He's a "give me scritches or I'll give you scratches" attitude.But my sister tried this out on her dogs and one long haired bunnySeems to work great for the dogs ... not really used the clippers yetBunnies were a bit nervous and the cat ran away.Still, my sister plans to borrow it often. She does almost all of the grooming of our animals (she an animal whisperer). We are excited about it being part of our collection of tools.

I really love everything about this kit except the metal clipper head fell out of the holder. That piece is the most important part of why I bought the grooming kit. I am going to find a different supplier maybe with a better clipper holder.

I have a few similar sets, including some without an included vacuum or vacuum attachment. I definitely prefer the ones that have some sort of vacuum feature included like this one. The set I use the most doesn't have an included vacuum, but has an attachment for one. I really like using that one because I have a small battery powered DeWalt vacuum I hook up to it and don't have to deal with a cord. But it doesn't have a clipper like this one does. Only a de-matter and brush.This set comes with the vacuum and is a great option if you don't already have a small, powerful cordless vacuum, plan on using the clippers frequently, and you don't plan on needing to use it outdoors. The vacuum is about as strong as my DeWalt and has the same cyclonic action that helps to ball up the fur for easy removal. I like that this vacuum has a "no-touch" emptying design. I hate having to pull out gross filters. It's great if you have allergies.I'm actually surprised at the current price. The set I've used previously that didn't come with a vacuum or clippers cost TWICE as much as the current price! An excellent value, so get it while you can.

Great concept except for the clippers. They snag and pull the guards and blades fall off. I could usually snap them back together except for this last time a small piece of plastic broke off from somewhere inside the head and now it’s just junk

This vacuum is not too loud and it works really well on my long-haired dogsYou do have to empty it often if you have a large dog that sheds, but it’s very easy and very easy to figure out how to use.I was very impressed with the suction power and how well the brush tool worked on my dogs

This vacuum dog grooming device is well made. The vacuum part works well and the various attachments work good with the vacuum. If you have a short haired dog, it does a good job of cleaning up loose hairs and getting all that loose undercoat free and off the furniture.The clipper is just okay. It works best for touch up trimming on a dog that's already been groomed or just clipping off a few mats. But at the current price that they are selling this, the machine is a good deal.
