Nice little unit for the price! I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went together, and the care with which it was prepared for shipping; corner protectors on the large shelf to protect them from damage, an extra of each size screw, bagged by size and then in a larger sealed bag to keep them all together; each piece wrapped, and shaped foam to keep pieces securely in place. The finished unit is stable and a great use of space. The hamper drawer slides in and out easily, but also remains in place when it should. The hooks can easily be placed on either side and are quite handy, able to hold anything you’d want to hang there. I’m very pleased with this purchase, it helped get my laundry soap off the floor where it was a magnet for my grandson, and easier to get at for his Gram!

It’s a little crazy to say I love this hamper, but I do! Packaging was perfect — nothing was damaged in shipping. All parts were labeled and nothing was missing. It even included one additional screw in each package of screws. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy. I’m a senior and I was able to put this together mostly by myself. My young grandson joined me for the last 15 minutes because he wanted to join in the “fun”! The design is so much better than one I’ve been using for 4 years. The hamper bag is attached to a square metal frame which slides easily into the stand just like a drawer. Perfect! The bag also includes a piece of plastic(?) that fits perfectly into the bottom to keep the bag from getting out of shape. That might sound like a small thing, but it’s the small details of thoughtful design that make this so pleasant to use. By the way, the price was less than I paid 4 years ago for a hamper that aggravated me all the time. You won’t regret buying this “perfect hamper”.

I am happy with this. Even though I measured everything before hand (I have not measured it since assembly - I’m too lazy), but I swear it is smaller than I expected. Either way, it suits exactly what I needed it for. The microwave is too big (I planned for this), so I did not install the top shelf or back plank and it works out! Many people stated that it was not sturdy in the reviews, honestly I had low expectations because of this — and in the end, the shelf actually exceeded what I was preparing for. Although not heavy duty, I think it’s sturdy enough (not flimsy). People also mentioned the bags being annoying to use, and yes, yes they are. If you only pull it out about 1/3 of the way (which works for me at least because I am using them for my recycling) it stays on the tracks — any further and it falls off. Also, I may sew in a handle at some point, but until then I just slapped on a cheap drawer towel attachment I had on hand. The assembly was really easy in my opinion, all tools and bolts worked well and no items missing… and I even made out with a magnetic mini screw driver : )) So after this ramble, all in all I am happy for this purchase (although IMO I do think it is more like a $40 (($60 is pushing it)) item and it is unfortunate that the price is so high in comparison to its quality.

Love this thing! Bought it for our bathroom and it is very useful as well as cute. Definitely looks better than a regular laundry basket on the floor, it has shelves and hooks! Love the color scheme. Would buy another one if I needed to! Worth the money.

This item was very easy to assemble, directions were easy to follow, the items were packaged well and the materials feel very solid of good quality..I ordered this because i wanted to maximize the storage space in my laundry room because i had almost none at all and it has done the job… my laundry room flows so much nicer now and looks cleaner… the value for money was worth it and it can store a lot.. so far i love it!!

I love this!!!! It was easy to install, great for small spaces, easy to use. I use it to hold my laundry detergent and I didn’t add the hooks because when I’m folding my clothes I add them to the rack to save more space as I continue folding. The laundry bags are super durable and strong. Easy to remove and add.

**Update** I'm updating my review because the company's response has been exceptional. After I posted my original review (see below), they reached out to me directly. The correspondence has been excellent throughout, and they ended up giving me a full refund without any hassle. Even though things didn't go perfectly, it's clear this company stands behind their customers and does everything they can to make it right. They offered to send a replacement unit, one inspected for flaws but I already found something else so I chose a refund instead. I could tell their team pours their hearts into every order and every customer interaction and that they're genuinely striving to do better. **Original review** I really wanted to love this hamper - it's visually appealing and the quality of the materials feels nice. However, there are two major design flaws that make it unusable. First, the hooks are positioned in a way that makes them completely impractical. I'm not sure what the designers were thinking, but their placement renders them useless. More importantly, the laundry baskets don't stay secure when you pull them out. Once the basket is about halfway full, it tilts forward and starts to slide out as if there's nothing holding it in place. This makes the hamper frustrating to use on a daily basis. It's such a shame because the hamper looks great, but design matters more than aesthetics when something doesn't function properly. I'll be returning this and looking for a better-designed alternative. Disappointed.
