How do these shower steamers compare to the bath and body works versions in terms of fragrance and efficiency?

So, I will say in terms of fragrance in the shower you will smell the mint but you’re not gonna get out smelling like it. It’s mainly made to help you breathe better & give you that refreshed feeling . I’m assuming that’s why the smell is more of a minty smell

How long does the congestion relief from the shower steamers last after stepping out of the shower?

Hi, It's hard to answer that question because it really depends on what you have going on. But from personal experience it clears you out for a good bit, especially because after using our shower steamers in your shower, the scents really linger in your bathroom.

Would these make suitable stocking stuffers for women for the holidays?

Hi! We like to think these are perfect whether a stocking stufffer idea for men or women truly or a small christmas gift for a friend, co-worker or really just about anyone. I also think these are an amazing gift idea for teenage girls. You will win anyone over.

Only 7 pieces how long does one last?

The tablets are a good size. 1oz each. If you don't put the tablet in the direct flow of the shower stream then each tablet can last for two showers. Just place it on the corner ledge of the tub or a shelf so only some water drips onto it.
