Product was great plus I would like to compliment the delivery driver, as it was dark when delivered, he drove into my courtyard where the van and driver were visible and identifiable.

For almost a year, I felt exhausted every day. Even after sleeping 7 or 8 hours, I still felt tired when I woke up. A doctor's checkup revealed a vitamin D deficiency, and they recommended I take it for a while. From the day I received the product until now, I've been taking it with breakfast every day, and my health has improved significantly. I'm no longer as tired as before, and it has really helped me a lot. However, I want to give others a piece of advice: after taking it continuously for a month, it's best to have a blood test to check for overdose, which could be harmful to your health.
