Ordered this for a donation to a beautiful group of young ladies who wanted to donate to Wake Med. I was so disappointed that it didn't work. The bear will be sent with just a picture and no sound.

The bear has a recorder that doesn't work.I am on a time limit to deliver to sick Children. I need a replacement as soon as possible.

We love this super sweet soft teddy bear that is the perfect size for our sweet granddaughter that arrives tomorrow!!! It has a box to record our voices. We plan to record our first words to her. We will insert our first photo into the photo slot. What a great keepsake.

Bear was shoved in a small box with no protective covering. Barely fit in the box so he was lopsided. Picture frame was a piece of plastic so since he was shoved in the box, the plastic was all wrinkled. There were no instructions on how to record your message. I figured it out by total accident. Poor quality and poor packing.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this in October for a christmas present and it doesn’t work. I Would really appreciate a refund since it doesn’t work and since my return window is closed (November 23) my child didn’t open her gift till Christmas morning.

This is a cute soft teddy and a perfect size. I’m somewhat upset because when I tried to record a message to my new nephew, the batteries died right away. It’s for Xmas . Now I have to go and search for these tiny round batteries before Xmas morning.
