Ease of application: very easy to apply you just rub around your chafing rash like a deodorant bar. Longevity: lasts almost my whole shift which is 10 hours, I would say it lasts 8 to 9 hours. Thickness: not thick at all I actually don’t feel it at all after applying it. Skin protection: my bumps have been healing very good ever since I have been using this. Scent: there’s no scent at all or at least I can’t smell anything, which is ok for me at least.

Body glide worked wonders for my first half marathon. I’m not a super big girl but I sure as hell ain’t built like a twig. The thighs definitely touch and chaffing has always been an issue in warmer weather. I used it once on the inside of the thighs right before I started my half marathon. I ran in 70° weather so I was bound to have some thigh redness and discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised when I ran all 13.1 miles and had minimal to no redness and no pain. It was super easy to apply, kind of like a sunblock stick and it was odorless. It was money well spent.

I’ve tried countless other anti-chafing products, but none work as effectively as Body Glide. It’s the only one that consistently lasts for six or more miles in humid or dry heat. Now, let’s delve into the details of Body Glide: Application: It’s easy to apply. It works like a regular stick of deodorant. Simply rub it onto your hot spots (for me, that’s between my legs). However, it’s not as spreadable as deodorant, so some pressure is required. Scent: I haven’t noticed any scent with this product. That’s not a deal-breaker for me. I was primarily looking for something that prevents chafing during my runs. It could smell great or horrible, as long as it worked. Residue on the skin: I haven’t noticed any residue left on my skin. There’s clearly a layer on the skin to prevent chafing, but it’s never been noticeable. Even right after applying it, I can run my hand over it and barely feel anything. There are no greasy textures or stains left on my clothes.

Works good, easy to use and small size makes it portable. Seems kind of expensive though.

I’ve used Body Glide during swim sessions of up to 3500 meters, and it performed really well. I tested it in the pool (not open water), and I experienced no more chafing during or after the swim. The compact size is practical and easy to carry in a swim bag. It’s simple to apply, stays in place, and has no scent, which is a big plus for me.

Love this stuff! Literally put it on daily so my thighs don't chafe. Living in the brutal heat of Southern Arizona, you sweat like there is no tomorrow during the summer months. 110° degree heat and it being dry as hell will do that to you. I used to use powder to help with the chafing, but that pursuit got clumpy, messy, and gross damn quick. I was looking for an alternative when my younger sister recommended Body Glide to me. I haven't looked back. It genuinely works that good. It looks like a small stick of deodorant, but has no scent and feels like a slippery stick of wax. Without the grip that wax can hold and the stickiness of it. You just pop the cover, adjust the length and apply. A normal sized tube of this stuff will usually last me several months. While you could just apply it super liberally, you will be in for a slippery good time as I discovered after trying it the first time. A few strokes applied in whatever area you need glass like smoothness on, goes a long long way. This stuff also lasts me all day. Definitely a MUST BUY!

Bon produit qui a l'effet promis. Utilisé lorsque je porte des jupes, pour éviter l'effet de brûlure dû au frottement des cuisses, ce produit aide effectivement à beaucoup réduire ce problème. A noter, il s'agit d'un assez petit contenu à priori, et qui m'est arrivé en triste état puisqu'une partie de l'emballage avait été retiré et que je n'ai trouvé dans ma boite aux lettres que le bouchon et une partie du baume lui-même. J'ignore s'il s'agit d'un mauvais emballage ou d'un acte de malveillance. Au final, je rachèterai très certainement
