Effective and worth the money. I like that it came with a shower cap and a baggie to store the heating cap.

Item arrived packaged nicely and intact. Instructions are easy to read (although not really needed). Operation is easy. The cap heats well. It comes with a plastic shower-type cap. I had conditioner in my hair so I added another thin shower cap under the one provided as an additional layer of protection. Hair was soft and very moisturized. Very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this cap and purchase again as well.

After much research and searching. I settled on this hair steamer. Perfect, does the job intended. Light weight, very durable, perfect size and color was as expected. Super quiet. Heats up perfect.

Love this cap for deep conditioning my hair. It has a temperature setting 1-10 and 20, 30, and 45 minute timer settings. I can tell a difference with my hair now that I've used it over 10 times. The power cord is a convenient length and the cap is comfortable to wear and easy to store. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there isn't a notification when the session ends so I have to set a timer on my phone.

I used it twice so far and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and functionality of it. It’s a great product and worth every dollar I paid for it.

This is the first time I owned and used a heat cap and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. It covered my whole head, it is durable, the weight of it is light, and I was surprised about how quiet it is. You can’t hear it or tell it is on. Also even on low, it gets hot enough. I had to keep going between high and low.

Bought this maybve 2-3yrs ago to use for hot oil treatments, to try improve my hair health. I did not know what to expect despite the reviews. Came well packaged in a box. There was a plastic shower cap, plus the actual devise. The heat cap itself is quite large (I have a small head) and would fit even with braided hair. I have to pull the draw strings quite snug to keep it on. The cord's length is not too long - its ok if you sit right next to outlet but not much room to move around. The settings are OFF, LOW, HIGH. I use it on high since when I tried the low it does not provide much heat. It has a thermostat (you can hear the click) that turns the device off to cool it when it reaches it hot capacity and back on. I use it for about 1hr for the hot oil/deep conditioning treatment. I like it so far. It does the job. Use with good hair products for tangible results.

This is one of my favourite buys from Amazon. I use this for deep conditioning and mask on my hair. This heats up real fast and the best thing is you can control the heat. Must buy for soft and shiny hair.
