CX5 CX9 Remote Key Fob Case Shell Keyless Entry Replacement for Mazda CX-5 CX-9 2019 2020 2021 2022 2023, OE# WAZSKE13D03

My fob I believe was defective from the time I got my car this past March. I spoke to the third-party Leasor and they offered me no relief and said I should contact the Mazda dealership. I contacted the dealership and they wanted to charge me $300 for a new fob. The actual transmitter of the fabric fine it was just the plastic pieces that were defective and as a result, the buttons piece broke, and the key that goes inside the fob was lost from the plastic part constantly popping off. This product fixed all of my problems and also came with a blank key that fit inside the fob that I can now easily get made from the other key I have. Very happy with my purchase, considering it fixed my problems for under $20.

I would definitely recommend this even if you don't need it, it's good for extra parts. I took my car to get detailed and apparently the guy who detailed my car dropped or somehow did something to my key fob and when he handed it to me when done and the whole silver strip at the top was missing. Of course they're like are you sure it was there when you brought the car? 🤔 you just handed me the keys and I noticed it right away so yeah it was there when I arrived and they were sitting in the council while the car was running so, so what happened? He runs to the vacuum cleaner and looks I'm just like whatever what's done is done it's only a $300 key fob if I order it through the dealer, see you later won't be back soon . I would highly recommend having one of these on spare so that you can take parts from it or use it as a whole if needed. it is no cheaper made or better made than the one that you buy from the dealer they are identical thank you to to the seller, because it just saved my key fob. I didn't want to use my spare one it's a brand new car I shouldn't have to have a messed up key fob and be using the second one already that's my spare.

Right out of the package, pieces just fell off including a small internal spring. This would be ok but there are aero directions or a diagram to help reassemble the pieces. I’ll try to make it work but frustrating experience. Also, does not have Mazda symbol on it so not true replacement.

The item works well for what it is. The two issues I have with it. 1. Is that it's pre-assembled and it is a bit difficult to take apart without causing damage (broke a fragile clip when I was being careful). It would be a lot nicer to have it all disassembled in the package.2. The battery cover does not have any rubber gasket around it. I ended up using the one from the old remote to ensure it's water/moisture resistant.Other than those two issues, it works.

The back came off of one of my Mazda supplied fobs and the key inside it was lost as well. I ordered this item and used the back and key only. A local locksmith cut a new key from the blank and the back was returned to the fob. If any of the remaining parts break, I am ready.

This is perfect. My original file got damaged so I needed to replace part of the cover and a lost vanity key.I took it to an independent locksmith who was able to cut the blank from another original I had for my 2021 Mazda CX5

I needed this for parts as I had lost the back cover of my actual key. Once I received this, I took the part I needed off and placed it on my key, and it looks seemless.** The attached image has tiny scratches on ot, but that's because I purchased this months ago **

Fit our existing Mazda CX-9 key perfectly. Great replacement for broken buttons, scratched key faces, etc.

Got this to replace the back piece of my key fob before a lease return. It fit perfectly and looks exactly the same. Great money-saver!

Came broken with pieces missing

Works well and prevented a $500 replacement from dealership. Would be nice to have instructions.
