This butter dish is brilliant!!! I have tried so many: those matching my dishes, the ceramic trough with wooden lid, the butter bell, the William Sonoma vintage-looking glass dish. . .none are as well designed as this! The dish can hold two sticks side-by-side. There is a "retaining wall" at the back to keep it all on the dish. The hinged lid is awesome! It is capacious and does not rub the butter and make a mess. And the fact that it is attached is so convenient. The lip and little butter spreader - such a bonus! No extra knife and spoonrest needed. I keep that spreader on the dish all the time. So convenient! I never thought I would be so enthusiastic about a butter dish!

This is the best butter dish. So easy to clean you can un snap cover for easy cleaning. And it is stylish.

Works like a charm. Exactly as described, nicely made (both fit and finish), and safely boxed for delivery.

I work beautifully! It cleans easily by hand washing or dishwasher. It does not warp. I use it to hold my cream cheese. It will hold 2 standard butter cubes and keep them protected. If I break this one, I will buy another.

This is my second Butterie dish, the first one - which was white- lasted years but after multiple dishwasher cycles the plastic started to gray. I’ve always liked this product- no more slippery hands and messy lids. Very durable and very stylish! It could hold 2 sticks of butter but I always put just one in.

So far, so good. It seems well made, has a good weight and easily holds a stick of butter. The lid closes fully to seal the butter. The spreader, in my opinion, is unnecessary. The instructions do say to use a non serrated knife when getting the butter.

Love this butter dish bought one just like it a few years ago. It broke and I had to get another one -wouldn’t buy anything else.

We began buying the larger butter blocks similar to Kerrygold and needed a butter dish to accommodate the size. Have always preferred glass or porcelain butter dishes but the idea of a lid that does not need to be removed and put down on the counter or table was appealing. We have found this to be very convenient and it looks great. Ordered two of them so one can be in the dishwasher when necessary. The lid pops off easily so cleaning is simple. It is plastic but the quality and appearance seem very good.

Found this buttery dish very useful, easy to use & clean. Think my daughter has her eyes on it 😁 A tad expensive but does the job

I like it... Honestly not sure if it's worth the extra cost over a regular butter dish, but I like the flip top.

I absolutely love this product. It's exactly as described. The ease of access to butter along with the protective cover, rubber bottom to negate slipping and style make it the perfect butter dish. Brilliant design.
