La Panzanilla Croccantini Black Ppr Mini, 6 Ounce (Pack of 1)

This cracker doesn’t compete with the flavor of my favorite cheeses. It’s not a blank canvas, though, because of the presence of the pepper, which to my (taste) buds has a positive effect on the flavor of all of my faves. The only thing I wish is that there was a cracker just as perfect as this one, but gluten (and lectin) free...and that was truly non-GMO. My understanding is that there is no such thing on the market as non-GMO wheat, since the GMO standard arrived after wheat had already been modified. But...other than that...no complaints. Just my go-to cracker in all cases, where my soft cheeses are involved.

I love the flavor and crunch of the crackers. However, we received one package that had a tear. I have no idea why a torn package was sent, but it unnerved me.

I really like these crackers, but they are hard to find, and sometimes ridiculously expensive. This was the best price I could find. Hopefully, they have a good enough shelf life for me to be able to get through them before they start to go stale.

Once we started eating these crackers, no others will do. Light, tasty, not fatty, not salty. The best. We serve every time we have guests, and they all become converts.

I have purchased these crackers many times before and some crackers were broken, which is to be expected. But on this shipment, over 1/2 of the crackers in each container were packaged. Not sure why this shipment was damaged so badly but I can't return it so we'll be eating crackers chips. :-(
