I'm in love! I wish I had gotten this much sooner!
So this week I needed a lot, but didn't get this till today! I had an issue with my eye (corneal irritation and swelling from falling asleep in contact...more than I would like to admit!) I was having to wear my glasses and was getting eye strain and a headache from that as well. The Eyeris 3 arrived today, and it was a gigantic blessing! The steroids were helping, but this magic massager took care of the rest! The heat was perfect and soothing, my eyes felt so good after. The irritation was gone because the heat and massage some how got rid of my dry eyes. The pressure took away the tension and my headach is GONE. I don't have a migraine right now, but it's inevitable (in the next few weeks) and while I would be insane to look forward to that, I am excited to see how it handles all that mess and agony. They cold pack fitting over the unit is genius and think its definitely a better option that the massagers I was considering (where only the eye pads get cold). I read people not liking the vibration function, but I know me and when I have migraines that vibration will be the ticket, I suspect! I can't say enough good things. It is beautiful and comfortable to wear. The weight is ideal to keep it seated on your face to provide the perfect compression. The unit is easy to navigate with the buttons, but once its on and you want to change it up, the voice control worked flawless. The adjustable setting are nice, so far I used them all! I am assuming there will be times that I will value one over the other (like the eye issues, if it hadn't given me a tension headache). I will be honest, I though the music and noises would be pointless, as I would just put my earbuds in and listen to an audiobook, but it was actually really soothing and I would use it! I can't say enough good things! I saw their smart eye massager AFTER I purchased this one, and would have considered it over this one, but I haven't found any videos explaining differences that would justify me switching... plus I'm really in love with the eyeris 3! The only other one I am considering is renpho dual purpose head and eye massager. I did read a reviewer who said that they valued having both so I may have to talk myself into giving it a try! I will definitely be getting one for my mom for Christmas, and yall should too! The relation and actual relief it provides, is definitely worth the money. I'm so glad I found this and I hope anyone who has these same issues or concerns, will pull the plug and get one too because it is SO worth it!!! Thank you renpho and Amazon for the discount!

So many great things in one, affordable device.
I have been dealing with skin issues (moderate to severe eczema, which is rheumatoidal in nature) and my eyelashes had basically disappeared on my left eye, due to inflammation. My doctor constantly advises me to use a warm compress, but it's really hard to find time each day to get the compress, sanitize it, microwave it, lay on the couch for 20-30 minutes, JUST to be able to wash my eyes effectively. This lovely contraption was a game changer! I have read about lymphatic drainage, especially around the face, to help with skin and this really helps with that. I have found that as I age, my lashes are very hard to clean completely to the lash follicle because my lids want to invert inward. It's extremely annoying and just causes more inflammation. This really helps with that. I also carry a lot of tension, I have had migraines, although they don't occur often. I really love this for all of those things. The pressure is amazing. I used it twice before discovering all the different modes and customizations it had. You can use it for migraine/sinus pressure, you can have it focus just on your eyes, etc. And you can make the pressure more or less, heat higher or lower, there are white noises built in with customizable volume and you can also attach to bluetooth. The first time I used it, I accidentally used the gel insert with heat, which I think you're only supposed to use with cold. I haven't actually used cold mode yet. I find the heat to be very soothing and effective. This was a fantastic purchase.

Could be better, but great for what it is!
I saw this product being advertised on TikTok, and as a sufferer of pretty frequent migraines, I was very eager to give it a shot. For the most part, I do enjoy it very much, but there are a couple of things that I feel could be improved upon. 1 - This model of the Eyeris comes with a "cooling pad" if you want cold instead of heat. But I personally found that the provided cooling pad only stays cold for about 5 minutes, so I wasn't especially impressed with it. (Pro tip: I have a compression "headache hat" that I keep in my freezer and that usually stays cold for about an hour. I put on the headache hat and then put on the Eyeris, and it's freaking awesome) 2 - The heat function is awesome, and I am sure they are following some sort of guideline for a recommended temperature for the eyes. But for me, the "high heat" setting isn't hot enough for me. It would need to be like 50% hotter at least, but that is absolutely a minor gripe. It's not their fault I like my eyeballs well-cooked. :P 3 - The Eyeris has three "programs" - Tension Relief, Retinal Protection (eyes only), and Rejuvenation (temples only). Each program goes through a rotation of about 5 or 6 different "massages" before looping back around. Some of these massages just aren't that great - there is one that applies the pressure, and then does what I can only describe as a "stutter." It's really offputting and takes away from the relaxation. Meanwhile, at the VERY END of the Tension Relief cycle, there is a massage that runs from under your eyes out to your temples, and this feels AMAZING. But it only lasts for about 20 seconds, and that's a real bummer. It would be really nice if you could cycle through the different massage patterns and set it to one that feels best for you. 4 - Many reviews have pointed out the amount of noise the machine makes, and my opinion on it is mixed. The noise the compressor makes on this is noticeable, and if it were any louder I would have complained. But I find that after a few minutes, I can tune the sound out sort of like white noise. It's not that bad. Especially if you use the Bluetooth function to put on your own sounds. 5 - This model has some features that I would consider to be completely useless - the "vibration" function is not especially enjoyable and not really worth having on, and the voice control is absolutely not necessary. I don't have the patience to try and memorize the various voice commands, let alone try and remember them when I have a migraine. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and find myself looking forward to laying in bed and getting my nightly eye massage.

RENPHO Eye Massager with Heat and Cooling – 5 Stars
I spend a lot of time on screens for work and usually end the day with eye strain and tension headaches. I bought this hoping it would help me relax before bed, and honestly it’s become part of my nightly routine. The heat setting feels great without getting too hot, and the compression massage is surprisingly relaxing. The cooling feature is subtle but nice after a long day staring at monitors. I was worried it might feel cheap or gimmicky, but it actually feels pretty well built. Battery life has been solid so far and it charges quickly. It is a little bulky, but once it’s on you don’t really notice. The voice prompts were easy to figure out and setup took maybe two minutes. If you deal with migraines, dry eyes, stress, or screen fatigue, this thing is worth trying.

Good for migraine sufferers
Would 100% recommend. The settings are easy to navigate. The heat setting is a wonderful addition. Great pressure. Quality product for the cost. Great for people with migraines.

Noises were just too loud to keep it
While the quality of these were great, the noise and vibration mechanical pieces were too loud to relax. I wanted to like them, but after trying out the headspace version, these are at least twice as loud. So just a warning for anyone that is slightly sensitive to noises or does not want to hear mechanical vibrations on your skull, while trying to relax. I will be returning.

Renpho has truly earned my trust.
I first purchased the Renpho Eyeris 2 Eye Massager in 2023 after struggling with frequent migraines. From the very first use, I was amazed at how effective it was. The combination of gentle air compression, heat therapy, and soothing vibration provided immediate relief and helped reduce the intensity of my headaches. It quickly became a staple in my self-care routine. Unfortunately, after about a year of regular use, the device stopped charging. I reached out to Renpho’s customer service, and I was genuinely impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. They guided me through several troubleshooting steps and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Since the Eyeris 2 was no longer functional, I decided to upgrade to the Renpho Eyeris 3, and I’m so glad I did. The Eyeris 3 builds on everything I loved about the previous model and adds even more thoughtful features. It includes voice control, a removable cooling gel mask, and improved heat and compression settings. The voice commands make it easy to switch modes hands-free, and the cooling option is perfect for days when I need to reduce puffiness or eye fatigue. Renpho set itself apart from other brands by the product quality and the consistent relief it provides for my migraines. When I use the Eyeris 3 I feel as though I am transported to a dark, quiet, and warm environment that helps ease tension and block out light (two major migraine triggers). Using it at the onset of a migraine can significantly reduce its severity and even prevent it from escalating. Whether you suffer from migraines, tension headaches, or just need a way to unwind after long hours of screen time, I highly recommend the Renpho Eyeris 3. It’s portable, easy to use, and offers a spa-like experience at home. Plus, with excellent customer support and a range of models to suit different needs and budgets, Renpho has truly earned my trust.

great all rounder eye massage
Bought this during prime sales for $39.90, such a steal! there are several modes and functions on this device that combines the various capabilities of this devices, which includes, music, compression, heating and air pressure. they relax me very quickly and relieve the tension between my eyebrows. the music is very interesting, I can quite locate where the speakers are but the volume of music that they play is not too loud, not quite directly in your ear but distant enough such that if you fall asleep with this device, they dont wake you up or become distracting. Overall, very pleased with this buy. Highly recommend
