Good for my sensitive eyes. I have cysts under my eyelids from allergies and can't do very many eyeliners. This is the one I react to the least. It goes on fairly smoothly. It lasts well and pretty water resistant with contacts. Perhaps a little dry. Nice and small tip compared to. many. I like the purple and the steel.

I’ve used this eyeliner for literally YEARS; more than 10 at least, because it is the only brand that doesn’t hurt my extremely sensitive eyes. I’ve never had any problems with the longevity, the richness of color, or ease of application. Until now. Since I’ve used this for so long, it is easy for me to notice any change to the formula. The past 2 times I’ve ordered it, I’ve noticed very quickly that it is more creamier, and fully applies in seconds. I’ve always used it in my waterline with no problems at all. But lately, not only is it creamier, but the liner smears/goes away/fades very quickly in the corners of my eyes. I end up with black yuck in the corners of my eyes within a couple hours of applying. It literally fades down below my corners and it’s so annoying!! I set it, like always with setting powder, but it still happens. Also, my eyes are perfectly fine when I’m applying my makeup. But as soon as I use this eyeliner, they start to burn and they don’t stop until I wash everything off at night. I don’t know what they’ve changed but it’s definitely something. And I don’t like it at all. Now I have to search for another brand that doesn’t fade and doesn’t irritate and make my eyes burn. Ugh!!! Very disappointed.

More like 3.5 stars. While this eyeliner stays where it is supposed to for the day - which is huge because I tend to have oily lids and hooded eyes and I often get transfers from other brands, it tends to break often which shortens the life of the eyeliner. I do love the color and it is pretty decent value I just hope mine was a fluke breakage wise.
